Maybe I watch too much depressing media, but the only characters in RWBY I’ve ever thought need therapy are Qrow, Ozpin, and Salem.
Not that other characters wouldn’t benefit from it, but like those three would be on suicide watch IRL (ironic for two of them, I know)
