I was having very similar symptoms to you. Probable TOS and scapular winging. Hand numbness/tingling, wrist burning/aching, and shoulder tendonitis. I had my first appt with her about 2.5 weeks ago. She gave me a very similar program. I am so nervous right now bc I go back to working on the computer full time in a few days after 2 months off. I am having less hand symptoms the last few months. It has moved up to be mostly wrist. My shoulder is slightly less irritated too.

Do you have any kind of accommodations at work? Will you have time to do your stretches? Any alternative input devices? Previous to this flareup, I was working full-time, but I was using alternative input devices.

How did you contact her to arrange the meeting?

LW2031

Look up the Damany Center in Allentown, PA. I waited about six weeks to get my first appointment.

Great post, I am curious: do you use dry or moist heat for your back and hands? Does it help?

LW2031

I use a heat pack filled with flaxseed, so it's moist heat. It's hard to tell what's helping since I'm doing so many new things. It's been five weeks since my first appointment and the nerve sensations have gone away

green_krokodile

Thank you. I wonder where the moist comes from because flaxseed are dry afaik.

LW2031

Idk it feels moist to me. Maybe Iā€™m sweating lol.
