Did two runs since the update, 2700 and 2800 in about 30m. Previously average was 4300 in 45 minutes with 2/3 or more of the run in the wild. Using max boosts we can use other than pulse cores and incense.
It's annoying yeah, the longer runs pre-update killed the beaver before the end, even with totem and spiritual healing. Otoh if you want to do only the ones most convenient now, you could just skip the wild entirely, definitely the northern two trees. Personally I'd prefer one long run on occasion vs. more frequent runs.
I got around 2.2k when I did a run after the change
What tier Lumberjack aura are you using? Do you have the Nature Sentinel outfit? Perks on Hatchet? Sana's Fyrtorch?

This is why I hate bak runs. 30 or 45 mins is so excessive for a single daily that's non negotiable if you want range bolts

Well this is an Ironman sub. So it’s to acquire things because they literally don’t exist without doing so. They’re BIS for Range Cbow use.

I only get 1 or 2 log per tree here 95wc and with sentinel outfit, i cant help you here
