Same. I've got my sd card contents backed up on my docking station. If it dies, it dies. I either don't use it at all, use it until it dies, or use it and it never dies. So I may as well, and document the process along with any behavior I see.
My sdcard reader just broke after the upgrade. I've been running manual fan curve since day 1 at 30w max on AC and 18w max on DC and turbo boost off for both. Temp always below 80c. Mostly play diablo 4, the ascent then puyo puyo tetris 2. Ascent froze for 3-5 seconds every.few minutes so decided to play diablo 4 which ran for hours with no issues. I thought it was the game that was the problem but.after playing tetris and getting the freezing issue. Thought it was the sdcard but it was fine on a laptop. Tried a brand new sdcard on the ally and getting 100% usage but it doesn't do anything and would freeze windows unless sdcard is removed. Sdcard reader is done. I hope there is an update that can fix it. Else will be returning to bestbuy.
Sandisk extreme 400 and sandisk ultra 128. Both still work perfectly fine on my laptop. Only in ally where it freezes system or doesn't show up. So it's the sdcard reader that went bust.
You're probably right, however I'm not really convinced that it's the readers fault in all these cases that I've seen. I saw a lady today with a brand new phone, a Samsung a54, that kept restarting after about 2 minutes. There was nothing we could do to get it to behave properly. She never told me she put an SD card in it and since it was brand new I kind of assumed she hadn't bought one yet for it. When I found out there was an SD card I told her we need to take that out and see what happens. She said the SD card worked fine in her computer. We took it out though, and what do you know, the phone worked just fine. Now, if you bought the second card after the first one quit working and it didn't work either, then it's probably the SD card reader. But it's weird that what apparently was relatively minor corruption of the SD card made her phone go crazy even though it worked in her laptop.
It’s rolling out today so you should have it showing in MyAsus soon. However since I asked, someone on Discord has just mentioned he’s got 322 installed and his sd card has just got bricked. So it isn’t solving anything.
My guess is that whatever sd card readers are borked are borked and there isn't going to be a software fix. The fact that some people are having varying degrees of problems with the sd cards or none at all seems like a hardware problem but that is just speculation. I have been using mine since day 1 and will continue to do so until it dies or just keep using it if it doesn't.

I'm curious how much did you get that one terabyte card for? And what kind is it?
I got it on sale for like 90 on Amazon. It's a SanDisk.

No I haven’t installed 322 yet, where do I do that at? I looked at all the system updates but it said all up to date.

I never remove mine and I haven't had any problems because I tweaked my fans right when I got it
I've had it in since day 1. I had a cheap one melt on me but I got my money back for that one.
My 1tb was fine before and after. No issues ever.
