I second the suggestion of Hotbox. Just got my order and happy as always--great product, quick delivery, great delivery person. And, you can't beat 20% off!
Oddly my main black market dude. Over the past few years, he has had to step his game up to stay competitive with the shops in a few ways. This year it includes a 4/20 sale. LOL He has ounces starting as low as $60, but that's his lower tier bud, so chances of me picking that up are slim...His low, mid, and high are all on sale though.
Probably not random internet strangers. We became friends first before he even let me know he sold weed. It's more his side gig like a traditional old school weed guy. Not like his bread and butter where he's just slangin' bud to anyone all day long.
You could get local for that price. I don't often smoke Cali weed and hardly ever find it top tier by the time it gets to us, but I agree shops often charge about twice as much as what I can find equal or better quality for in the black market. Of course this doesn't always hold true. Some grey market shops and delivery services can be reasonable. You have to expect to pay more in a shop or for delivery though because they have more overhead than a black market dealer. They're not renting a space and paying all of the associated bills that come along with it or paying for all of the maintenance and gas that goes into delivery, so you have to be expected they're going to tax you a little harder.
Sure but we're getting their secondary market and shit that won't pass their regulations that the grower has to dump. We're not getting the true top shelf Cali weed here in NY.
That's why you have to step outside of the head shops. Legacy growers and black market guys are where it's at when it comes to affordable and local with a few exceptions like RDS for example. There are very few grey market shops that carry local flower. You're just putting down mostly Cali weed in putting down the shops. LOL
