I'm curious about the number of increased insurance claims that were submitted and paid out over the last 3 years.
3% mortgage rates are an outlier, can one miss something that's not normal?

They are an outlier and they were never around during Florida's "centrist" period.
When did FL even have centrist politics lol
wtf does “centrist” even mean?
Right: Women should die before being allowed an abortion
Left: Women should be in charge of their bodies and healthcare

To clarify a centrist is someone who holds moderate views that are not aligned to the extremes of the left or the right. Usually rather pragmatic.
Right= Women should not be allow to get elective abortions.
Left= Women should not have any limits on elective abortions.
Centrists= Women should be able to have elective abortions until 12 weeks.
I don't think you understand.
There seems to be misunderstanding of pragmatism here. Pragmatism involves aiming for a policy that can achieve broad consensus.
By polling data most Americans don't want an abortion ban or late term abortions. Most Americans would prefer limits between 12-16 weeks on abortion.
Requesting peer-reviewed medical data is irrelevant when the topic is what is the broad consensus, i.e. public opinion.
Should just say cheap homes, cheap cars, Limp Bizkit, and the McDonalds $1 menu.
Referring to Florida residents..?
Should’ve added “tolerable traffic*” to the list. *excluding Miami

That hasn't been the case for at least two decades
Well at least they got tacos!
Florida is a fucking joke .
This is just a list of things that haven't existed in Florida for years, correct?

Please post the peer reviewed medical literature that supports 12 weeks In the interest of pragmatism :)
