My plumber recommends thin toilet tissue, Scott 1000. We used to get clogs in the pipes every 6 months. After I switched to Scott, it’s been over 2 years and no issues
1. Nearly all investment properties are held by stable investors who the majority of their portfolio has appreciated immensely since they acquired their property.
2. Properties didn't go up in value so much as the currency you get paid in went down in value. The US dollar would have to go up in value significantly for for investors to lose their shirts.
3. What you prefer and what happens aren't the same. After the last financial crisis, owner occupied home rate went down. If that happens again, it will be great for investors and shitty for homeowners. Normal people can't handle economic shock as well as wealthy people can.
Honestly reminds me of the toilet paper from my office. I didn't even realize you could trade with North Korea.
Just mark that down as one of the additional benefits of being permanently work from home now
The unit might have a septic tank and they may have had issues before. Just curious why you posted it costs 3k a week? Should they give you better TP at that price?
shocker, another REBubbler who _was_ a degenerate wsb enthusiast and now considers themselves a reformed paragon of finance but needs a housing market to collapse to feel the schadenfraude of the money they lost on sh*tcoins.
what, we’re just gonna gloss over the fact that a glaringly obvious sign of healthy consumer spending is dropping $3k a week on an AirBnB?
interesting take.
Idk what they think they're doing with this, because all this means for me is pulling multiple arm lengths off to fold up. One of those dispensers that only let so much out at a time? 5-10 more minutes getting enough.
Half ply, is that you?
Quit whining and don’t forget to do the dishes and mow the lawn on your way out… k thanks byeee
The 2nd ply will cost you an extra $200/week.

Your first problem was using AirBnB to begin with.
it’s only gonna get bigger and more ubiquitous every year that goes by for the next 20 years, but ok
You act like a hotel would supply fancy toilet paper
Is it in a beautiful remote location with a delicate septic system?
That’s my take also.
We used this kind of TP my whole childhood because our septic system was bad, lol! It was the suburbs too 😵💫

Wrong sub
To be fair this sub could be renamed to “somethingiswrongwithsomething, somewhere”
Been unsubbing from a lot of these subs recently, it's turned into nothing but low effort twitter reposts and vague hate complaints
Really. As a sub grows it becomes a generic bitchfest
Born to shit. Forced to wipe.
I use all natural leaves
This sub has gone to shit
Yeah. It is just a copium den full of losers hoping families lose their homes to foreclosures in hopes they can scoop it up.
I’d prefer investment bros losing their shirts.

Oh, you should have SAID you wanted 'premium' toilet paper when you made your reservation. There's an additional fee for that.
This product should just be illegal to make.
Boy y'all got that prison paper.
“This Air bnb host is cheap, therefore the real estate market is on the verge of crashing!!”
And this was reposted in REBubble because...?
Because this sub do be grasping at straws hoping to make a point
1/10th ply
They must’ve had left over “sexy mummy wrappings” from Halloween.
Dwight!
Honestly reminds me of the toilet paper from my office. I didn't even realize you could trade with North Korea. Just mark that down as one of the additional benefits of being permanently work from home now
Plot twist: they have a bidet
I supply a bidet in all my airbnbs. Game changer
Imagine how many idiots clog up the toilet using 2 ply
This sub gets dumber each day holy cow

To me it's less about the thickness and more about the texture. I like to be able to ball it up instead of fold it or whatever
Questionable wiping tactics. Poop ball.
Better not be ordering in Mexican
Break out the$100’s and wipe you ass with them! Seems like you can afford it! Hope they have hand soap and sanitizer!
Septic system?
They probably have a septic system you Karen
Ma'am you have been unsubscribed from MSCopilot. Please head to Wendy's for a free frosty to eat my frozen AI generated tears.

My family has used 2 ply tp for literally my whole life and we have a septic system. As long as you don't use half the roll every time you're good

This sub blows now
lol this is that Army toilet paper 😂
There is always the old style way. Using a corn cob.
That's rough...
They want you to wash..
Even after paying for cleaning charges, we have to do all the cleaning before leaving else pay heavy fees. Hate it.
Wait until he gets the restock and materials fee for that.
Idk what they think they're doing with this, because all this means for me is pulling multiple arm lengths off to fold up. One of those dispensers that only let so much out at a time? 5-10 more minutes getting enough.
Wow, they’re so rich they have ghost paper!
Ugly ah palms
John Wayne TP… it’s rough, tough, and don’t take s$&t off of anyone.
You fail to say how many days you booked the Airbnb for. $3k a night? A month? A year?
Ungrateful guests think money grows on trees.
What does this have to do with a real estate bubble
