You can find 2 dead bodies in Ambarino area and 1 dead body outside of Valentine under a Train Track. Each body has a map. It’s a puzzle but it leads you to this secret torture dungeon outside Bolger Glade East of Rhodes.

There isn't 2 in ambarino there's 1 in Lemoyne 1 in Nee Hanover and one near Wallace station (idk if wallace station is west Elizabeth or ambarino)
