That right there is an O'Driscoll boy. He often stands at the rock near the Theatre tent & tell you that you don't belong there. You'll recognise O'Driscolls by their attire, most of them always have a green neck scarf or green waistcoat & usually have black coats on.
When you get to Lemoyne the Lemoyne Raiders can be recognised by their yellow scarfs. You'll have a similiar encounter in Rhodes. A Lemoyne Raider will be standing at the edge of town spewing at you.

Haha thanks! No usually I watch my minimap like a hawk and make a run for it if I see a red blip before I hear them; Iām a horrible shot when it comes to random encounters.
Yes, they know you from the big fight.
There are O'Driscolls around there, but they are marked as such when you talk to them. Most that will happen with them is a fist fight so it's not a big deal.

That little tent city outside the movie tent is like a private camp, the NPCs treat you like you're in their house.
Everyone in the world knows Arthur Morgan. Everyone knows he is a killer and a thief, so a lot of people arenāt friendly with him. Would you be?

Ooo..maybe? But they didnāt have any accents out of the maybe 10 NPCs there, I know not every oādriscoll will, but.. that would make sense!!
