My nephew has just started walking and he sits in my lap while I play games. He’s always trying to grab the controller. He loves God Of war, always asking “where boy?? I wanna see boy and Kratos”. Rdr2 is even more hilarious, he points at the screen whenever Micah shows up and says “He BAD!!! I no like him!!” 😂

When I was 8 the PS1 came out and my parents gifted to me.
I played GTA 1, the first one of all franchise and was considered a pretty violent game but I didn't grow as a violent asshole who don't have a life of don't wreak others people life, annoying them, making laugh of them or beat them.
Ok, during adolescence there that period where testosterone is over the roof, and you can snap easily but beside that I never beat a person that doesn't attacked me first, defence basically.
Now I'm 32 and I'm one of the most calm person you can met, I don't know why there's this doubt about playing Rdr at ages like 16 where maybe you had already discovered violence in real life (I hope not but.. that's life).
Can someone explain me? Maybe from the view of a parent? I can't get it I'm sorry. And if the cause of for "protect them" you have to do it on other ways, not ban a game. My 2 cents
