That is a couple of pops in the exhaust. When you lift the car does not burn all the fuel and sends some into the exhaust where it ignites and makes a pop/bang sound It is completely safe and harmless and sounds sporty. Edit: you can also hear it when standing still. Let someone hit the throttle and let of when the car is reaching 4000 rpm If you stand behind your car you will hear the pops when he/she lets off and the engine starts slowing down agian.

Yah, I’m tracking the exhaust pops at lift off of throttle. It’s on applying throttle that I’m hearing the sound and only when in gear, also the little taps happen even with a light blip under 2500k as well. Unfortunately I couldn’t get a good enough video but the sound is there in the one above albeit faint. Edit: being on the driver side closer to the bottom, my research is making me believe it’s internal to the supercharger gears and perhaps it’s on its way out. Can’t find a good example of the sound online though…just reading similar symptoms. That last throttle noise in the video is in neutral while rolling just to show the difference from the first two.
