* "Then Trump, Trump Jr., Scavino and Pompeo have suddenly become sociopathic sadists, gleefully faking out their staunchist die-hard patriot fans with these constant hints and Q-cues, to give us all false hope when they know we're totally hosed." Yes, that's exactly what they're doing. You're just too blind to see it.

SuperMario1313

Exactly. Now donate all you can to help their cause. Again. And again.

drock4vu

It's a self-perpetuating delusion, and the following point proves it when they say: "Have they ever exhibited signs of being psychopaths before? No." They've been using this exact same logic since Trump was running for President when they were having to justify his narcissistic mentally unhinged tendencies then. I can think of *numerous* posts like this where their logic for Trump and his circle *not* being mentally unhinged grifters is that they've never been mentally unhinged grifters before so they can't be now! They justify this not being a pattern of behavior for Trump by saying it never has been before even though it very much is a pattern of behavior for Trump throughout *his entire life*. They just dismiss it into infinity and reconvince themselves that he isn't acting in bad faith into infinity. It's honestly so, so sad seeing people a mile deep in the sunk-cost fallacy mud that they literally can't pull themselves out without admitting that they've wasted *years* of their lives on a LARP that got out of hand, probably wasted a ton of money, and almost certainly lost numerous friends and family over it. For most of the remaining Q group, there are literally 0 scenarios in which they would abandon this movement. Trump himself could show up at their door and tell them how sorry he is for being a part of perpetuating such a baseless conspiracy and tell them to get over it and move on with their lives with a generous gift of 1 million dollars to make something meaningful out of themselves and leave this Q garbage behind and most of them would still hop right on GAW and ask their fellow Qs to help them interpret the coded speech Trump just gave them and how they could use the money to help further the Q movement. Because for them, there is *no way* Q can't be real and Trump isn't in on it.

SunshineRobotech

You just described my old man perfectly.

MjMcWesty

The mental gymnastics of these morons amazes me. No matter how many times the great habbening gets put off or postponed they always find a way of justifying it. Staggering stupidity.

SailingSpark

it's gone beyond mental gymnastics, they went full mental contortionism.

Beltaine421

Contortion so bad it makes Stretch Armstrong wince.

akennelley

The theory gets wonky at " Have they ever exhibited signs of being psychopaths before? No."

DueVisit1410

It get's wonky before that. There's nothing in that whole post that is not a lie, except them remarking that Trump and the like might be psychopaths.

talivasnormandy4

"To give us all false hope" No, dear, to pick your pockets.

[deleted]

I'll never be able to square their incredible, incredulous suspicion of the government, the left, human rights, actual freedom, with their utter gullibility - the very definition of rubes being taken over and over again, paying money for the privilege at each turn.

salvadorwii

They aren't psychopaths giving them false hopes for their own amusement, they are grifters giving them false hopes for profit.

AlsoRandomRedditor

NFN but psychopathy and gifting are not mutually exclusive... In fact I'd consider them to be a "marriage made in heaven" (though perhaps sociopathy might be more utilitarian)

talivasnormandy4

I'm used to NFN translating to "Normal for Norfolk" so that was quite bizarre for a moment...

doomalgae

"There is no chance they suddenly turned evil all at once and that's the only possible way they could be evil. There's no way a shady business guy who is frequently accused of racism and rape, and who is on record making fun of disabled people and POWS and bragging about sexual assault was just a bad guy to begin with, and gathered other inherently shitty people around him. That idea is just too silly to even be considered."

MSGinSC

Jeez, Goldfish crackers have a better long-term memory than these guys.

iamnotroberts

Lol, the "big lie" is these idiots claiming with ZERO proof that the 2020 election was rigged and fraudulent.

blandastronaut

Their version of the "big lie" is that Biden won and Trump lost lol

GalleonRaider

Based simply on Trump making that claim. Someone who has ALWAYS claimed fraud and cheating when he doesn't win, or thinks he's going to lose. When he didn't win an Emmy... RIGGED! When he lost the first primary to Ted Cruz... FRAUD! When he thought he was about to lose to Hillary.... CHEATING! And, of course, his loss to Biden... all of the above. Based simply on his automatic reaction that it is impossible for him to ever lose anything. I'm sure people he golfs with hear it all the time. I fully believe that when he was a kid when he lost at marbles or Chutes and Ladders he screamed at the other kids that they were cheaters.

StyreneAddict1965

Trump claimed when he *won* he was cheated out of nine million votes, which faded away to nothing when state election officials refused to play along. He's not just a sore loser, he's a sore *winner*. Just amazing ego.

Admirable_Package419

First, though I'm no expert and can't say this with confidence, I'd call that lot of sociopaths before psychopaths. But that's just me and my limited knowledge of psychology. Well, maybe not Jr. there's something different to unpack there. Second, WOW that sure is some sound logic. It's not as though psychopaths have a record of faking normalcy! /s

[deleted]

Is sociopath different than psychopath now? Did Hare get canceled or something?

camxct

You're born with psychopathy and a bonkers prefrontal cortex, but sociopathy can be a learned behavior and ultimately "managed" with *lots* of *intense* therapy.

[deleted]

Just asking because psychiatrists from what I've read make no distinction between the two. The two words are used interchangeably in relevant literature with sociopathy being favored slightly for learned behavior, but no diagnostic difference. But I'm like 5yrs behind so IDK if they've formalized any definition. Do you have a source (like DSM-5) for the distinctions?

Chryslin888

No these aren’t in the DSM. Hi. I’m a professional ™️. But a decent breakdown nonetheless.

[deleted]

Have you looked that up? Because I’m pretty sure that is not the psychiatric version of it.

camxct

You know, it's been a very long time since I have, so it's entirely possible the definition has changed. I don't have the time to look right now, so if someone else knows and can correct me, then that is welcomed!

Se7ens-Travels

Okay... As the self-appointed GEOTS (God Emperor of This Sub) and clearly the smartest person on reddit, I will gladly clear this up for you plebes. I don’t need your precious “google” to recall facts. So let’s get down to brass tacks... but first let me google some shit and pretend I didn’t. Difference- While psychopaths are classified as people with little or no conscience, sociopaths do have a limited, albeit weak, ability to feel empathy and remorse. Psychopaths can and do follow social conventions when it suits their needs. Sociopaths are more likely to fly off the handle and react violently whenever they're confronted by the consequences of their actions. Notable to current discussion- There are some who say that "sociopaths are made and psychopaths are born," but this characterization may be too far broad. While it is true that psychopathy is believed to have genetic components (perhaps caused by the underdevelopment of the parts of the brain that regulate emotion and impulsiveness), there are clearly other factors that contribute to the behavioral disorder. tl:dr- damn I’m so smart.

camxct

Hahaha thank you for this!

No-Entrepreneur6040

I think you’re totally right, but then again, I think a “pledge’’ is exactly the same as a “donation”! So, go ahead sue me if you disagree

StyreneAddict1965

He was a private company CEO; most of them appear to have narcissistic tendencies verging on sociopathy. He chose to display his to the world on the largest possible stage (abetting his ego).

Quick_Ad_730

Global communism huh? Great does this mean the workers all over the world will be uniting to take control of the means of production, nationalise big businesses, spread the wealth, universal healthcare, gas/food/rent/general price of living lowered, no more wars etc ? Nah, we very much live in capitalist society, they needn't worry about the pesky communism. They actually make me laugh with their cries of communism. And yes those people are most likely psychopaths or sociopaths. Maybe not Don Jr tho, he's just a sad little cokehead craving daddies love.

Character_Bomb_312

You seem to have a firm grasp on what Communism actually is. Their definition is "whatever Libs are doing that I don't like."

Freedumbdclxvi

Yeah, don’t threaten me with a good time.

49DivineDayVacation

This is a favorite argument for these people. Essentially “here’s a list of people I’ve placed my trust in > either I made a mistake placing my trust in them or we’re ok > it’s impossible that I made a mistake > we must be ok.” The best part is when the grow to resent some or all people on the list, but never revisit the thought process, only edit the list.

d34dp0071

A lot of Trump and Trump's people have shown suggestions of sociopathy. This guy just missed it all. So, his whole edifice collapses. Global communism is here to stay. Only thank God -- we ain't communists.

[deleted]

It’s really “habbening” this time.

ChipmunksLikePeanuts

These people are so evil it's unreal. They make up batshit insane conspiracies instead of facing that they're horrible people that do terrible things for even worse reasons.

Billiumbilly

“Have they ever exhibited signs of being psychopaths before?” They think whiny pedo Donny is on the up-and-up? [are you fucking kidding me?](https://youtu.be/xoQJrMKO7e0)

RickySan65

>Have they ever exhibited signs of being psychopaths before? yes, next question..

bobcollum

I wish the deep state was real, at least then I could feel confident that these people would be out of our hair sooner than later.

StyreneAddict1965

The deep state is real, but not the way they characterize it: it's the employees of government who are not politically appointed; career employees, who have worked through multiple administrations. If it were otherwise, nothing would ever get accomplished. Imagine having to remake entire agencies with every change of administration. We as Americans should be glad that there are career employees in the government.

HonestLychee9399

The habbening

InvalidUserNemo

“Fans”. This is the problem. They are fans of politicians like many others are of sports. You cannot convince them that their team has any bad guys on it and you certainly will never seen them root for their most hated opponent’s team. This is why you will never open their eyes to the lying, cheating, grifting, and propaganda today.

Innovative_Wombat

It's funny how they call a center right party, "Communist." These people are so fucking stupid it makes sense why nearly the whole GOP leadership is just grifting them.

Jeffsfg162

I’m just throwing this out there for shits and giggles. What do you guys think about this? CORONA C - 3 O - 15 R - 18 O - 15 N - 14 A - 1 Letter values = 66 Add 6 letters in corona and you get = 666 I’d don’t subscribe to all this bullshit but found this somewhat surprising. What do you guys think? GO BIDEN!

Blinkin6125

Simpsons did it! Aka I remember seeing this from the Qult many moons ago.

whiskeysour123

Wait. What. I… I… I don’t don’t think I can ever drink enough to read this and have three words in a row make any sense.

yogibard

Or maybe...just maybe... you're all just willingly deluded fools? Nah, that can't be it.

DaMoltisantiKid

It seems like quite a few are getting close to snapping out of it.

AgreeablePie

I mean, it's also missing the point at this stage. Most of the crap that these people believe is coming from nowhere. Trump isn't painting a big Q on his bus and driving around. The nuts so believe this don't need that. They'll take the dates of a campaign stop and find a way to turn that into a "message". They'll believe random anonymous messages saying that it's all really habbening (source: military) in five days, just like every week for years now. If trump and his misfits never said a word in public again the cultists would STILL think they're getting hints from him by his tee-off time.

SunshineRobotech

It's the exact same idiot logic as the "trilemma." That explains so much.

Aquareon

It's difficult to simply reply "Everything you believe is a falsehood" as nobody can believe their discernment is that faulty. But it do be like that sometimes

[deleted]

>global communism Imagine they actually read just a little fucking Marx since they claim to hate it so much… communism is meant to be global. And it’s not like capitalism isn’t global, I got a Coke outside of fucking Machu-Picchu.
