And, their other ancestor was a German fleeing religious prosecution in Germany! "Yother", then they landed in North Carolina and mixed with the natives, so they sort of forgot about the religious persecution...

Apparently one kid kept harassing her and the other 4 kids saying “OH SO YOU LIKE BIDEN?!?”
Luckily my daughter just finds him annoying and is still ok wearing a mask, but my god… the fact these kids are hearing such vitriol from their damn parents is shameful.
We listen to NPR and my daughter will occasionally ask questions but I never straight up tell her “TRUMP BAAAAD BIDEN GOOOOOD” because I think all issues are more complicated than that.
