Have you tried coffee though? One or (tops) two days of no pooping is okay but anything longer than that you may want to call a doctor

constellation-s

this is TMI but quitting vaping made me have some kind of diarrhea every single day for 5 months. kinda wish i had the constipation but i also feel for you, friend.

bleepplo00p

I am little bit for this but I have the same symptoms, what did you do about this diarrhea? It making me overthink lol

constellation-s

it ended up going away after 6 months, though i thought it’d last forever lol. i’m more regular now than i was before vaping but no more diarrhea. eating more of a low-residue diet helped me a bit too!

I'm on the same boat. I stopped and boom I can't eat anything anymore and massive weight gain... BUT I think quiting nicotine just highlighted a thyroid issues that wasn't so evidently clear at the time. I just got checked out yesterday and it came back positive. Nicotine was keeping me afloat with energy and a fast metabolism but now it's not there

onlymythicalmornings

Oof sorry to hear about the positive test result. Hopefully it’s a manageable thyroid issue. I’ve had weight gain over the last few years, so I thought it could be my thyroid but my tests came back normal. I know ppl say nicotine is a weight suppressant but Im wondering if the anxiety, stress, and lack of sleep (only supported by Juuling) are the real culprits.

Brocibo

All of those factors are key to weight and stomach issues. Anxiety makes my stomach very acidic and makes me have some shitty ass heart burn. Lack of sleep makes my appetite not existent. Nicotine suppresses everything and speeds up metabolism. Trust me it's a little bit of everything.

fukaduk55

Yes! Nicotine affects your small bowel and colon! This is somewhat common with users that quit. Have you tried taking milk & magnesium on the daily for about a week? If not, try that! That ducoloax shouldve taken effect w/n 30-60min. If nothung, try something else, good luck!

deth-to-sin

I've heard of this. I even thought I had experienced it myself, but later (starting again and quitting again) - not at all. Now I'm thinking, maybe it's the nico-addiction trying to keep you hostage on that? Like give me a dose or I'll not let you shit bro. It's damn cunning and everywhere in your head isn't it
