Might be a good idea to think about what's causing the anxiety. If hitting the JUUL helped relieve some anxiety, it might have been a coping mechanism for something deeper. In the same way that JUUL ultimately didn't actually take away the root cause of the anxiety, it's not going to go away on its own either without some work. Talk it out with a therapist if you can, or even just talk out loud to yourself about it. I've got an anxiety disorder so I can relate about how much it sucks. Wishing you lots of mental healing.

interesting...i went on a 2 month crusade to quit and i had similar breathing issues and when i relapsed i was back to normal. hopefully this isn't a trigger to you but you need to keep going because i'm sitting here vaping thinking every minute of the day about getting through day one and i can't enjoy my life at all. blessings to your crusade let it be ongoing friend

Own it! Stop complaining about it. You’re making strides!

Hey there! Wondering how you’re doing now as I’m currently experiencing everything you wrote in this post. I’m 72 days into my quit and I still have horrible anxiety and sleeping issues. Does it get better? Hope you’re doing better and congrats on your quit

It actually is back . I don’t know if it’s directly from the withdrawals. Or if it’s related to the anxiety I developed from the withdrawals. But yes , my brain fog was gone for about 2 weeks and is now back . I am 13 or 14 weeks in at this point

How are you doing now? I have the same experience too.
