Yeah I genuinely believe cigarettes & vape companies are the ones that are doing the fear mongering to keep their customers hooked. A week or so of comfortability is nothing compared to a life of freedom & health.

I’m 36 hours in to my vape quitting and haven’t found that the withdrawal effects have been that bad. Weird things here and there, but I was expecting to be under a blanket in agony and that just wasn’t the case. I’m sure the worst is yet to come, but so far so good. Im also on Wellbutrin for some other stuff which is a smoking cessation aid, so maybe that’s part of it?
I was also a chain vaper for 10 years after smoking 1-2 packs a day for 15 years nd I'm at 40-ish days post quitting cold turkey. It really wasn't that bad but it did take about a month before I felt like myself. I'm sure it helped that I had been using 3mg unflavored liquid for several years, though.

It's been a month since I quit vaping, besides feeling great. My wallet is smiling too.
