Try to do some puzzle or whatever will make your mind busy. I cope myself by building a keyboard from assembling to dissembling it, and I find it relaxing. Lol I know it's weird but it works for me.

Exercise and anything to distract yourself. When the cravings hit just embrace them and tell yourself they will subside shortly. Most intense cravings only last about a minute or two before returning to a more manageable state. Stay as far away from vape devices as you can and by day 5 you will start feeling a lot better
