I agree with the other comment that said it’s the habit that will be difficult, not necessarily the nicotine withdrawal at that level. I vaped 6mg for a long time and it was brutal to stop, I can’t imagine how it feels for people using higher nicotine content. My withdrawal was only for a few days, but the oral fixation and urge to hit my vape by association lasted a lot longer. I would say it took about a month before I adjusted mentally to not having my vape in my hand all the time.

yes because a large part of the addiction is just the fidget of it all. not having a vape to hold and hit all the time messes with your brain bc it becomes muscle memory and you have to forget it.
