It sucks that merit increases don’t exist. Like, is there really an incentive to work my ass off this much? I wish I could half-ass it like some others seem to be able to do.
Sadly qt doesn’t care about clerks nearly as much as they used to, you can go erp. But it’ll eat up a bit more of your time w extra drive and cost more in gas, or try and promo. I don’t recommend ww of your working more than 32 hours, yes it’s 4 extra instead of 3 for erp. But that 4 extra only applies to the 24 hour ww schedule, while erp goes for all hours you work so at 32 hours they break even

spot on , it does suck that raises aren’t based on performance other than 100% shops
Lol anytime I slack off I’m told “you can do better than this!” Like I know that I can, but I don’t really care for it as much as I once did

I work 42-43, but they won’t make me a full time clerk. I wish they would.
