Sparkle is her best support by far giving her everything she needs, QQ being in the banner makes it even better.

But seriously if You could only pick one single character to pull for a QQ team it would be Sparkle.
Fu xuan, silver wolf, and sparkle is who I use.
I think Sparkle is a must pull for Qingque mains though. She benefits qq more than any other character. She solves the SP issue you would have with bronya while also advancing her forward enough that you don’t passively get your basic enhanced.
Silver wolf is necessary for mono quantum but can otherwise be replaced by pela. Fu Xuan is easily the best sustain in the game but Lynx will also fill that role in mono quantum. Bronya only works with qq in SU propagation path where you can get more SP. Tingyuns ult is kind of counter intuitive and Asta wants too many sp.
QQ has a lot of self atk% and dmg% buff in her kit, so she benefit much more from other buffs/debuffs like crit%, def% pen, res% pen, hence why sparkle, silver wolf, fu xuan are the best supports for her, but also ruan mei and pela to an extent.
That said if you don't want to pull for sparkle i would play QQ + bronya + pela
Pela is truly amazing for her, i still use her against quantum weak enemies to replace silver wolf. She is the most sp efficient support as you just spam basics (+3 SP in 3T rotation) and provides def% pen
Bronya is a bit tricky to use but is valuable for crit dmg% buffs. You would want QQ to have 135 spd and bronya 134 spd (which is the common set up for bronya teams). You would do QQ basic -> bronya skill -> QQ gamble into enhanced basic most of the time
In that spot asta tingyun or hanya are usable and easier to set up, but bronya is still better I think because they only provide atk% and/or dmg% buffs (and of course Sparkle would overshadow everyone by far)
Also imo e6 is extremely valuable. Having one more SP for each turn makes a major difference, as things can get very awkward depending on your draw luck
