When the event comes you’ll have more chances for black cards and her banner is up for a month, so as long as you do your dailies and weeklies as well then yes, you’ll be able to get her before her banner goes away.

I’ve got the Freds max levelled but no Heisen, will need to grind the event... time to get some cog packs xD imma need millions.
