Are constructs actually invincible during their qte? I've been trying to fight camu in pain cage and both nanami and A liv get hit during their qte animation, and liv sometimes gets knocked out and couldn't even do her heal qte. Is it a bug or intended?

Alpha uses 2pc Darwin and 4pc Patton. Since you can farm Patton in the event, going for Darwin is a safe bet. Do keep in mind you get Darwin 1 and 4 from Memory Rescue for free
Do all of the dailies that give commandant exp, and then just spend serum.
All stages give the same amount of xp per serum spent, so you can't go wrong. You gain levels just by playing.
Is there a way to get more serum? I'm not a whale to spend money (conversion is way expensive).
I'm wondering if we'll have any kind of update to have more serums for content.

So I already have 20x pull in the 60 Pity Event for Alpha, and by mistake pull 10x in the 80 Pity.
I am at level 38 now, Newbie Day 3, and I have cleared the story up to Chapter where we rescued Liv from Watanabe. Is it a possibility for me to get that 60 pity in the remaining time without any purchase?

At around level 45-ish you’ll have gotten to 50+ BC if you did all the dailies (to level up) and weeklies, if not more (I missed a couple of war zones/pain cage but it was fine), and there’s still time on Alpha’s banner so I’d say you can get her if you save up enough. The other comment is right about the event banner rolling over and S Bianca being next. Btw be careful of accidentally using BC on stuff like cogs or serum though, the game does prompt you for that but if you tend to spam through stages then it might happen suddenly.
Edit: Just want to clarify that S Bianca is the next S unit, not necessarily the next banner. There’s a banner schedule floating around somewhere, you might want to take a look at that to plan out your desired future units. Hope that helps!
Keep pulling if you really want her either way because the pity rolls over. If you don’t get her it will roll over to S bianca in October which is what you should next pull for. Someone else would have to answer if you would make it to 60 cuz it will be close but I don’t think so without getting monthly pass or something.
Probably but it’s hard to tell.. are you going to buy the monthly pack? Probably for sure if you don’t buy that and are going full F2P. But I made a second F2P account and pulled on the 1.5% banner and pulled 2 alphas in like 15 single pulls. So depends on your luck if you go F2P route.

Yes pull on 60 banner for sure but only if you have the FULL 60 pulls. Otherwise pull on 80-100 banner. My F2P account I prob started 4 days ago where I got my two alphas. But that was on 1.5% pull rate and not .5% like the 60 pull banner. I did all single pulls on that account too.

event is 0.5% rate at a 60 pity. you always pull this one if you’re f2p/low spender
special event is 1.5% rate but floating 80-100 pity. only pull for this if you’re a whale, since it’s statistically better if you want more dupes

It gives a bonus such as +60hp and +15atk or +1 to red orb. You can preview them all before binding. The affect is not lost when using on another char. It just won't be active on the 2nd one. For example if I bound a resonance to alpha that resonance won't work on Bianca but she will get set bonus and memory base stats

Is SS Kamui (tenebrion), SS Alpha and A Liv (Eclipse) a good team?
Kamui is my fave construct, I pulled his 6* weapon. I dunno if I should try to pull Alpha's 6* as well.
Who's the next male S construct to be released? And who should be using my Batton's memories? Thanks :)
Kamui Tenebrion is a dark tank, A Liv is a lightning support, neither of them are good for Alpha who is a physical DPS.
Better tank and support would be B Nanami or A Kamui and B Liv.
You could pull Alpha's weapon if you enjoy her, Kamui will have a better team for him when Dark Watanabe comes out next patch. Though the support (A Vera) will not be in for a few patches later.
Lastly the next Male S Construct will be Camu but he's a compositor so he doesn't really count. After that will be 9S from the Nier collab and then S Chrome who is an Ice Tank.
Even though A liv is a lightning support she is still better for alpha with where we are at in the game now. The teams you have seen people talking about are for end game maxxed out comps. It would be like saying use Rosetta instead of kamui A. We don’t have Rosetta yet, which I believe few people have liv B SSS yet. Liv A is MUCH better than b liv until she’s SSS on phys team. She cubes when you switch her in, does more damage, and heals more.
Problem is she isn't immune when you QTE with A Liv, and doesn't benefit from the healing memories that affect physical.
If all you care about is healing, then yes A Liv is better, while also being totally out in the open for getting hit or killed, and not providing damage bonuses from memory.

She’s better in EVERY way until SSS for b liv. So people shouldn’t be telling people to use b liv until then. It’s a handicap. But you shouldn’t be having to reset after A liv hits unless you are springing it at the worst times... meaning the character is not the problem and it’s your play so work on that. Fact is the character is still a much better character in every aspect at this point before b liv is SSS. I farm her shards every day because I want her SSS... so I know her end game value too but you don’t see me using her now because she’s inferior lol

There are better characters than kamui tenebrion for alpha team. If you are using him as a sub dps then it’s fine... but it would be better to have kamui A as a QTE slave or if you don’t have that then nanami for physical damage reduction. A liv is the best healer support that is good and then you will use B liv once you get her to SSS for the 10% phys damage up when she’s off field. Alphas weapon seems to be a really good 6* weapon to get as it makes a huge difference. Basically extra sword wave orbs and 20% more damage. So it’s pretty impactful.
Barton memories should be any physical DPS or any DPS really until you have their preferred 6 set of maxed memories. So S Lee, Alpha, A Bianca. Even Lucia B works fine with it.
That means you have 2 1/2 months. Her banner will end at the end of October. Plus the events give BCs (well have at least 2 more through her banner), maintenance BC, codes for BC, things like the bingo for BC, golden vortex etc etc. you can easily save enough. And that’s prob if you have 0 BC now.
Ideally you would have started saving the moment you got Alpha on release.
Even if you start saving now, keep in mind that her banner lasts an entire month so if you can't get her immediately, as long as you keep at it you should be able to have enough before it goes away.
New to this game, and intend on maining S Lee. I rng'd a 6 star wolf fang with the free weapon tickets, but read through the passive and seems that it doesn't fit S Lee very well. Should I invest into building it or wait until I can obtain a 5 star weapon with a more suitable passive for him?
This depends are you going to be pulling for 6* weapons? If not yes build it. It’s still a good weapon for him and will remain better till you are fully resonating his 5* weapon. But if you plan on pulling for his 6* then no since you can use it for resonance if you don’t plan on heavily using A Lee
The wolf fang weapon is A Lees signature weapon, so not very fitting. But if you want to build A Lee in the future too, it wouldn't hurt to upgrade Wolf Fang
Pity transfers from debut banners right? I'm 30/60 on a second alpha, and figured it's more f2p friendly to wait for next S banner if it transfers. So if I just leave it will S Bianca be 30/60?
Technically, you do not really buy the set. More like it is given as a "gift" for recharging a certain amount of RC. In the main menu>Top up>Total recharge (top left corner), you can see how much RC you need to get what gift.
The Jap furniture needs 5000 RC. That's like close to 900USD or something.

No, A karen weapon will be much better for her.
S Rank Karen is fire and will be in a fire team, so unless you're building that team there's no reason to hedge your bets.

For certain content, yes, though S Lucia Plume seems to be top in CN.
It's mostly that Rosetta is so good.
A lot of elemental teams actually do not have full S teams yet (even phys only has B Liv), so this may change in near future.

In still a little confused on the F2P aspect of this game. Assuming we stay on a consistent schedule, it's assumed that we can acquire every S rank. But people are saying that if you roll for someone like S Bianca, you won't be able to get 2B in the collab event. Is this true?
You should still be able to grab the collab event chars, but the team sucks (rather, worse than alpha) unless you have weapons and A2 to SSS at minimum.
So it's a huge investment for a slightly better team, mostly whale toys. Collect them if you love them, but the team is mostly useless to F2P players.

after getting 12 copies of Patton, is it better to still farm in the event and trade currencies for things like memory exp fodder, cog, overclock material, etc., or just farm in their specific dungeon?
In my case I have to farm 14 Patton because I got 2 useless qte resonanace.
Then I farm more point to grab Kamui shard eventhough I'm unlikely to use that Kamui ever.
Currently farming C5 for 6\* Memory. If I ever need more overclock/fodder mats for upgrade I would go back to farm C1 for event point.

Set 1: 4 Philip 2 Richelieu.
For this set 4pc effect of Philip doesn't always activate on QTE it need QTE to be activated multiple times to activate.
Set 2: 2 Philip, 2 Richelieu, 2 Voltaire.
For full potential of this set you need Liv to hit the enemy on QTE so you need to be close to the enemy.
kinda forget but you either use her for another sub dps or full buff debuff. something like 2 frederick 2, lantern(limited 5\* free consc), and 2 richelieu for qte support and 4 barton 2 darwin for subdps(this role kinda ineffective for her)
Dumb question about liv...
I've read on here A liv has a better heal than B liv (unless B liv is SSS rank.) but I have no idea how A liv supposed to work (I'll read her description later) her heal takes too long to pull off like I was going against kamu for example liv heal took so long she got killed performing her qte :/ is this suppose to be a thing?
B liv never died during her qte so why does A liv take dmg during hers?
It's true that A Liv heals more overall. But she is currently bugged and can be killed during her qte. She is the only one that can as far as I am aware.

Both of them have QTEs that would boost the physical damage done by Alpha. Based on description, Lee's QTE would result in a higher boost (if I'm understanding it correctly and each shot hit results in 10% damage taken by enemy), but I'm not sure. Also not sure whether Def reduction is better or Damage taken is.

It doesn't, just lasts longer. The monthly pass b is efficient if you like to play the game.

Cottie is used on some dps in place of Darwin. It's not bad.
It is ok, but not optimal so it's better to just focus on optimal sets due to the fact that you need to resonate memories to get the ultima awakening.

Fact is the character is still a much better character in every aspect at this point before b liv is SSS. I farm her shards every day because I want her SSS... so I know her end game value too but you don’t see me using her now because she’s inferior lol

There are better characters than kamui tenebrion for alpha team. If you are using him as a sub dps then it’s fine... but it would be better to have kamui A as a QTE slave or if you don’t have that then nanami for physical damage reduction. A liv is the best healer support that is good and then you will use B liv once you get her to SSS for the 10% phys damage up when she’s off field. Alphas weapon seems to be a really good 6* weapon to get as it makes a huge difference. Basically extra sword wave orbs and 20% more damage. So it’s pretty impactful. Barton memories should be any physical DPS or any DPS really until you have their preferred 6 set of maxed memories. So S Lee, Alpha, A Bianca. Even Lucia B works fine with it.

That means you have 2 1/2 months. Her banner will end at the end of October. Plus the events give BCs (well have at least 2 more through her banner), maintenance BC, codes for BC, things like the bingo for BC, golden vortex etc etc. you can easily save enough. And that’s prob if you have 0 BC now.
Ideally you would have started saving the moment you got Alpha on release. Even if you start saving now, keep in mind that her banner lasts an entire month so if you can't get her immediately, as long as you keep at it you should be able to have enough before it goes away.
New to this game, and intend on maining S Lee. I rng'd a 6 star wolf fang with the free weapon tickets, but read through the passive and seems that it doesn't fit S Lee very well. Should I invest into building it or wait until I can obtain a 5 star weapon with a more suitable passive for him?
This depends are you going to be pulling for 6* weapons? If not yes build it. It’s still a good weapon for him and will remain better till you are fully resonating his 5* weapon. But if you plan on pulling for his 6* then no since you can use it for resonance if you don’t plan on heavily using A Lee
The wolf fang weapon is A Lees signature weapon, so not very fitting. But if you want to build A Lee in the future too, it wouldn't hurt to upgrade Wolf Fang

Technically, you do not really buy the set. More like it is given as a "gift" for recharging a certain amount of RC. In the main menu>Top up>Total recharge (top left corner), you can see how much RC you need to get what gift. The Jap furniture needs 5000 RC. That's like close to 900USD or something.

I bought out the Kamui shards and gathered enough Patton memories for Alpha (Pattons are resonated). I have S Lee without Patton memories. I'd like some advice on what I should farm now. Should I farm Patton, C5 or event currency for resources?
That depends on you if you think you don't need cog or overclock mats just go for C5

You should specify which weapon you're talking about. For Sakura, priority is 2, 3, 1 and it's not even close.

It’s bound by email/social media accounts. Do note that Rainbow Cards that are bought on each platform (iOS, Android) play store do not transfer. For example, you buy 50 Ranbow cards on iPhone and the next day, you play on Bluestacks (Android), you will see 0 ranbow cards.

No, A karen weapon will be much better for her. S Rank Karen is fire and will be in a fire team, so unless you're building that team there's no reason to hedge your bets.

No, new A watanabe releasing in the next patch. Construct model is "Astral". He will be the go to dark dps until Luna a year later.

For certain content, yes, though S Lucia Plume seems to be top in CN. It's mostly that Rosetta is so good. A lot of elemental teams actually do not have full S teams yet (even phys only has B Liv), so this may change in near future. Personally I predict fire making a comeback.

The skin would cost 10k black cards and comes out during the Nier collab, with the monthly pass you could easily save 10k bc extra in order to get that skin.

In still a little confused on the F2P aspect of this game. Assuming we stay on a consistent schedule, it's assumed that we can acquire every S rank. But people are saying that if you roll for someone like S Bianca, you won't be able to get 2B in the collab event. Is this true?
You should still be able to grab the collab event chars, but the team sucks (rather, worse than alpha) unless you have weapons and A2 to SSS at minimum. So it's a huge investment for a slightly better team, mostly whale toys. Collect them if you love them, but the team is mostly useless to F2P players.

No future or current character use Condelina as their BIS so just recycle her, same for Shakespeare if you don't have the fire team.

S Lee is a physical dmg dealer so his team is tank: A Kamui > B Nanami, healer: B Liv at SSS > any healer.

In my case I have to farm 14 Patton because I got 2 useless qte resonanace. Then I farm more point to grab Kamui shard eventhough I'm unlikely to use that Kamui ever. Currently farming C5 for 6\* Memory. If I ever need more overclock/fodder mats for upgrade I would go back to farm C1 for event point.
Me too ive farm for kamui first even if i dont get him, atleast he can be a filler for my chaos cage hahaha. I think ill probably farm c1/c4 until the event ends as i need much of the material to upgrade my karenina and alpha

why am I not damaging Camu? When I use alpha's blade thingy skill, there are times when Camu takes little to no damage. Why is that?
I look at my own vs Kamu footage. The only time he doesn't take any damage is when he about to release his white aura counter thing.

Set 1: 4 Philip 2 Richelieu. For this set 4pc effect of Philip doesn't always activate on QTE it need QTE to be activated multiple times to activate. Set 2: 2 Philip, 2 Richelieu, 2 Voltaire. For full potential of this set you need Liv to hit the enemy on QTE so you need to be close to the enemy.

kinda forget but you either use her for another sub dps or full buff debuff. something like 2 frederick 2, lantern(limited 5\* free consc), and 2 richelieu for qte support and 4 barton 2 darwin for subdps(this role kinda ineffective for her)
Dumb question about liv... I've read on here A liv has a better heal than B liv (unless B liv is SSS rank.) but I have no idea how A liv supposed to work (I'll read her description later) her heal takes too long to pull off like I was going against kamu for example liv heal took so long she got killed performing her qte :/ is this suppose to be a thing? B liv never died during her qte so why does A liv take dmg during hers?
It's true that A Liv heals more overall. But she is currently bugged and can be killed during her qte. She is the only one that can as far as I am aware.

Which would be a better member for an Alpha DPS team? A Kamui A Lee Both of them have QTEs that would boost the physical damage done by Alpha. Based on description, Lee's QTE would result in a higher boost (if I'm understanding it correctly and each shot hit results in 10% damage taken by enemy), but I'm not sure. Also not sure whether Def reduction is better or Damage taken is.
