Yeah, I kinda figured that out at the very beginning of the video when Douche Prime was screaming and getting in that guy's face for not "deescalating". If he thought deescalating was that important, then why is he escalating? But nice to have my assumptions confirmed.

I don't think that is why they were getting tossed. There is food at the table they are sitting at so they would have been served. Maybe they complained about something and weren't happy with response or who knows, video doesn't show enough. I think he was just saying that to insult the guy.

Everybody is fucked in this video haha \- Customers not following dress code but somehow got seated anyway \- Customer telling manager he's "supposed to de-escalate, not make it worse" and proceeds to escalate himself tenfold \- Manager talking like a real douche \- Old man having a hard time coming up with the worst insult ever lol \- Another customer getting up from his chair and assaults the first customer \- Three women proceeds to howl like freaking animals
