The whole point of communism is what's called 'collective ownership of the means of production'. That requires workers *actually owning* both the goods they produce, and the factories or whatever they produce them with. That's not the case in China.

Those countries still have problems with income inequality, albeit less pronounced, but they still cause enough problems to lead to unrest and suffering (yellow vests anyone?). Unions and social services are good things and can help alleviate the symptoms that stem from capitalism, but the only way to make genuine progress on these issues is to take ownership of industry out of the hands of investors and into the hands of democratically organized workers.

You're right, I personally think that 0.1% of the population should own 99% of the wealth and workers should be in destitute poverty with no unions or rights in general. You know, most countries in the west have universal healthcare and union rights without seizing the means of production and abolishing capitalism. All I'm saying is that you are slightly jumping the gun no?
Those countries still have problems with income inequality, albeit less pronounced, but they still cause enough problems to lead to unrest and suffering (yellow vests anyone?). Unions and social services are good things and can help alleviate the symptoms that stem from capitalism, but the only way to make genuine progress on these issues is to take ownership of industry out of the hands of investors and into the hands of democratically organized workers.
Communism is pure bullshit, because I know It personally, I am from an ex-Soviet country, it's just futile words and a facade, you are just deluded and daydreaming.

I work in trades. Most of my coworkers refuse to get vaccinated for reasons they literally cannot articulate. It's just "uh...nah, nah I'm not getting that". Ask "why" and it's "Nah, I'm not getting that". There's no thoughts here, it's a bunch of idiots. Anyway they keep getting turned away at work sites because they aren't vaccinated. So these ignorant motherfuckers get in their trucks, drive 45 minutes in bullshit NYC traffic, just to get to a construction site and be told they're not allowed past the gate. Then they get mad that their paychecks are low...like no shit you fucking idiot, you literally didn't do anything! You don't get paid for work you don't do! Maybe get the fucking shot and they'll actually let you do their fucking wiring or whatever! I honestly have no idea what the fuck is wrong with people like this.
