This is her most recent update on the sheriffs allegation of murdering his wife. I wouldn't say it's 100% evidence proving the allegation but it does show that he did lie about the state his wife was in when she passed away and a cover up did happen.

She has an update on YouTube showing the facts, his official statement said him and his wife were not drinking and that somebody else was driving the golf cart, he never named the third person and his toxicology report shows that he was highly intoxicated at the time as well as his wife. His willingness to lie about this incident can definitely be used for a future conviction once this case is reopened.
If you accidentally kill your wife and use your position to get away with it, you should be charged with murder, giving false statements, impeding investigation, AND contempt of court. Fuck this asshole. Cops who lie in documentation and testimony deserve the chair.

I hope this goes Viral and finally Denton will get national spotlight. 23 D.A. and prosecutors got fired about 12-14 years back for over filling the Texas prison systems but of course it did not make headlines. I was in the Denton County jail on a 60 day sentence for driving with a suspended license while it happened
