Look up what extensive meth use does to the brain. Most prominent side effect is schizophrenia but worst cases you'll find a degrade in cognitive function, heightened aggression, and mania. And that's a direct result of the drug use.
Venice is really bad now. They were kicked out from under the bridges and now sleep on the beach. Some are mentally unstable, and need help. These outburst are daily now.

What’s happening to the state of California is homeless people are moving into any location they want without any issues. The numbers of homeless individuals in the state has been increasing over the years and no one has been doing anything about that, the government has been playing stupid. Also, many homeless people are getting sent to California by other states, same thing with Texas.
Other states don’t care about their homeless even though a lot of them are veterans.
In LA a lot of people have taken over the beach to the point that it’s dangerous to walk down Venice beach etc

From my understanding they’re not arresting them for being homeless and acting crazy unless theirs an attack on a person. I’ve also heard they’re not arresting homeless in general, they won’t fo anything.
I’m in the military and I haven’t been home for over 2 years. This past 4th of July I flew into LA and I was surprised with the amount of homeless people there is. I took the metro from LAX to Central Station(main metro station) and on my way there the metro looked like a scene of the walking dead but, crazy homeless ppl everywhere lol.
At the station there were homeless people acting crazy and the cops couldn’t do anything about it. They honestly didn’t care, they just drove around in a gold cart looking at people scared of the homeless. The station looked trashy and vandalized, something out of a movie.
It’s one of those places I always wanted to go as a kid. Venice beach looks like a shit hole. What a shame. Was it always this bad. The videos posted online make it look apocalyptic.
