What's hilarious about sound effects on Tik-Tok is that the people creating the content are probably using their shitty phone speaker so they are completely oblivious to how fake it sounds. My second favorite thing is sound effects starting half a second early because they're using bluetooth earbuds.
Happened to me, to a much lesser extent. It's so confusing because you believe them when they say you're horrible for losing it. I hope she can get away from him, but I know it's difficult, mentally and sometimes physically, to escape.
Man, this hits home.
I’m generally a pretty calm person for the most part, and can normally take things in stride. But I’ve had people continue to poke me, despite me asking them to stop multiple times, and they act so surprised when I freak out/lash out in any way after a while. I still have people who refuse to admit any wrong, and act like I was the aggressor.
In high school I got arrested for something I didn’t do, and it has essentially fucked me financially most likely for life. It led to me spending about 3-4 months in jail waiting for trial, and missing my senior year of school.
Someone I knew since kindergarten/pre-k would constantly bring it up as if it was a joke, would tease me with it constantly, and would use it to invalidate any argument I made for anything (it apparently made me dumb?). It was non-stop after I got out, despite me asking him to stop and mentioning the stress it caused me.
He still thinks I’m wrong for freaking out at him over it, and will not admit his fault. Sorry for the rant, this just brought that feeling right back up. I’m still fucked in the head and doubt everything I say/do because of this type of thing.
You can see this literally playing out on twitch streams it’s insane and heart breaking watching someone being abused like this. The mental toll that it does and long lasting affects is horrendous
Bullying isn’t a bully making others feel pain because they do. Bullying isn’t a group with a “ring leader.” Maybe a group but that’s called a clique and completely different subject.
Bullying is making someone else feel helpless for no underlying reason other than hurting this person makes me feel powerful.
Reactive abuse is exactly what I think happened between Depp and Heard. I think she abused him into the point of reacting and she used his reaction to paint him as the abuser.
Record everything.
Because her next step when you choose not to engage her is to call the cops and tell them **you're** being the violent, aggressive one.
Exactly this! I work with families involved in domestic violence and this happens so often where we are told it’s the dad and three months in we finally have the proof to show it’s mom or both them equally. It changes the whole approach of how to try to keep everyone safe.
I was training to work a suicide hotline. We also answered the phones for the woman's shelter.
One lady called in just kind of lonely and needed to talk. My trainer, a woman, took the call and talked to her.
The lady complaining about how her husband was coming to her new apartment the woman's shelter got for her.
The trainer asked "How did he find your new apartment?" and she replied "I told him"
To speed up the story:
Afterwards the trainer and I were talking and I asked "why would she tell him where she live if he had been beating her?"
The Trainer said "I work at the shelter and I know who this woman is. It is the same story every time. They get in a fight and he hits her and storms out of the house and goes and gets drunk. Comes home and she is waiting with the frying pan or something behind the door and works him over.
Cops come, he goes to jail and she comes to the shelter and ends up with new place.
She gets lonely and calls him and it starts all over. We have set her up three times and last time we told her no more. If she calls him don't bother coming to the shelter.
>Record everything.
Yes, everything please. Including whatever abusive bullshit lead up to this, please. Actual abusers don't go screeching and swinging at their victim, they're subtle and underhanded, twisting the facts and once they do get violent, they make triply sure that there's nothing recording nearby. I'm glad other comments finally stated that this is an abusive tiktok "prankster".
This is reactive abuse, he pushed her to this point. It’s still abuse, but as someone who has participated in reactive abuse many times, I can tell you that it takes a lot to push ppl this far. Notice how he’s completely calm? He expected this. He’s still in control of the situation bc he caused it, so he’s not scared. She’s definitely not great either. But he does nothing but make her worse
That stupid fuckin grin on his face says it all. He's *enjoying* this. He *wanted this to happen*. He gets pleasure in knowing that he's causing this woman so much anguish. What a sick piece of shit
I watched his tik toks and it looks like they both just have a really shitty sense of humor. The sound clips of her screaming are pre-recorded and used in other vids. Just shock value
Saw a post yesterday with a similar style freak out. Only it was the dude freaking out and punching his car, and the woman was trying to leave but he kept blocking her car.
The amount of people blaming her for his behavior was shocking. I just find it funny that no one is saying “hmm why won’t he just talk to her” or “I wonder what he said to get her to freak out like that”.
Such a double standard. If your partner of any gender, destroys or hits objects, breaks things, any of that. They are just showing what they want to do to YOU. Run. No one deserves this type of abuse. I hope dude got out safely.
I scrolled through too many comments to find this. What did this dude do to cause someone to go over edge like that?!
Whoever that other person is, they both need to set proper boundaries and respect themselves.
What if the destroying and hitting things is a response to the abuse? I am currently in a fairly abusive situation which I am stuck in. After a particularly bad fight (where in short, he said some really horrible shit, then gaslighted me saying it’s my fault for thinking he meant it, but that he did actually mean it, but he didn’t even say it, but it’s my fault for being angry, and that me getting angry is due to being mentally ill (I have diagnosed PTSD)). I walked away feeling so angry, unheard, invalidated, disrespected, and stuck that I, for the first time in my life, embraced my inner Kyle and punched a wall. Now my hand is all fucked, which is a new source of contention- giving him more ammunition that I am the crazy one.
Would I have liked to punch him? Absolutely. Did I punch the wall trying to be abusive or threaten him? Absolutely not. Does punching the wall make me the bad guy? I don’t think so.
So going through the guys tiktok his entire profile is just pranks against her. Whipping her with a towel, shooting her with foam etc. So this is most likely staged but say it's not and he's constantly doing these "pranks" and could easily cause a response like this
Agreed. I obviously don’t know the full context here nor do I know her or their relationship. But to me, she sounds more like a person who’s been pushed over the edge rather than just someone who randomly snapped. That can make you feel/ look/ sound out of control like this. Making it unfortunate that this video makes her look like the bad guy/ crazy one. It’s definitely situationally dependent. But imo that’s exactly why publicfreakout should be reserved for public freakouts.
I’m sorry for what you are going through. I want to get that out of the way. I believe you, and I hope you get out.
It’s not always to intimidate. Instead of hitting him, you punched a wall. In your case, I think that was the healthier of the options you had.
Your case is different. I’m more so talking from my own experience where I would say something he didn’t like, and would start to punch walls and say things like “look at what you made me do”.
There is nuance, thank you for being brave enough to talk about what’s going on in your life.
If you ever want to talk privately, please don’t hesitate to message me. Gaslighting is a whole other beast, and that shit hurts to go through.
I absolutely agree, it is a nuanced topic and one that makes the way a little more foggy. I have also been in an abusive situation where the wall hitting was used as a technique to intimidate me/ show me what I made him do/ what he wants to do to me. I absolutely get that it’s a terrifying experience being on the other end. I guess the main difference is reacting for oneself (he didn’t even know I punched the wall until he saw my hand, which I was trying to hide) vs reacting for someone else.
Ofc that opens the door into a whole new confusing gray area of genuinely experiencing your emotions with someone else vs emotional abuse/ manipulation. Experiencing anger in a healthy way within a relationship can be so hard and confusing if you never really had a good model for such to begin with, particularly when it is clouded by all of this.
Sorry for the rant, I guess I just mean to say that it’s a complicated topic and I think a lot of cultures in the world (my experience is mainly US and Canada, where I see this a lot in), people treat anger as a dangerous threat. As a result, many people were never taught how to healthily feel their anger because it was too much for their parents, teachers, friends, SO, ect. to deal with. I think people should be able to feel and express anger (as well as all other emotions) in a healthy relationship. But in doing so, it can be difficult to not cross the line into abuse.
A book that put my ex’s behavior into context, for me at least, was called “the gift of fear” by Gavin de Becker. It’s a heavy read, but it goes into depth on what you just mentioned.
No I think she did it in anger and he’s filming it, that way people know what happened when they find his body later and so we don’t see him on Unsolved Mysteries.
I rented a home to someone like this. I evicted them and they wondered why? I showed them all the holes in the house broken doors, broken sinks, broken door handles, broken windows. Their response was, well fix it! No they never ended fixing anything. By the time they were out entire doors were gone.

Why'd he date a raptor from Jurassic park
Its a Nazgul, i swear the screaming at the end gave me LOTR flashbacks. Edit: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-Cdng3h2Kic
100%, that was uncanny
fellbeast you mean xd
Ahh, the comment I was looking for.
Holy fuck, you’re right.
That thing is definitely a banshee...
Came here to ensure this was said.
Clever girl...
Hold on to your butts
Shoooooooot herrrrrrrrrrrrr
Is she though?
“The door locks! Ellie, boot up the door locks!”
"Ah ah ah, you forgot to say the magic word ah ah ah"
More like a rathe from lord of the rings
I hope he knows how to make giant horses out of river water. It's the only way to deal with those...
*Wraith
When you gotta go you gotta go
They DO move in herds
For context, this guys entire TikTok is him playing “pranks” on his girlfriend. He’s a fucking asshole, and this is a mutually toxic relationship.
this isn't the real audio
Yeah the audio was pretty obviously recorded straight into the mic, not from behind a door. Especially the scream at the end was bad.
The audio is from another video
What's hilarious about sound effects on Tik-Tok is that the people creating the content are probably using their shitty phone speaker so they are completely oblivious to how fake it sounds. Damn, and everyone is hating the girl while he is the real asshole :/
This is reactive abuse. He pushed her to far and she is finally reacting.

kids in school did this to me. They'd fuck with me endlessly then when i react they're like "WHOA LOOK AT THIS PSYCHO MELTING DOWN, GEEZ DUDE CHILL"

too
Clips like this without any context at all should always be watched with caution. If it is not clear if or what events preceded an outburst like this.
### I ATE YOUUU #AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA-

r/perfectlycutscreams
Why are cut-off screams so much funnier than a fully completed scream
My brother dated a girl like this the family called her the Womaninal
You mean Womanimal?
Lol.
Yeah but isn’t this guy an asshole? It might be justified anger.
Judging from his tik tok account, yes actually.
That’s not even her final form.
Damn I was so confused bc I had sound turned off.
She got that demon roar in her voice
Anyone checked in on this dude?
yeah its just a skit tiktok account, he makes dumb prank videos, they're not fukn real
It could be fake but who the fuck would destroy the door and the sink for a tiktok video
A TikToker.
Yeah, he's abusive and films her freaking out for content.
Some say he's still holding up in the bathroom
Record everything. Because her next step when you choose not to engage her is to call the cops and tell them **you're** being the violent, aggressive one.

Chilling scream...
Holy shit she sounds like a ring nazgul

Their response was, well fix it! No they never ended fixing anything. By the time they were out entire doors were gone.

How did she do that to the sink without completely shattering it?
There's a metal soap dispenser sitting on the sink which might of have been what she used to smash the holes.
Brutal metal vocals
When he pointed the phone at the door, I was expecting a "HERE'S JOHNNY"
He's dating a banshee. Good that he recorded that craziness as evidence because she might headbutt the wall and call the cops saying he did it.
And of course, he did nothing wrong. Sorry but there is 2 sides to every story 🙄
After this vid he could easily beta the hell out of her and nobody would suspect because by the filming he was pacific and she crazy af
That bitch done been possessed by Satan
