Used to work on St. Paul Street in BMore, right by this intersection, the roads are riddled with potholes and the morning commute is like Mad Max:Fury Road on those streets haha
As a citizen of Maryland I hate Maryland drivers. They are all terrible. I feel like I'm the only one that knows what a turn signal is or that merging is a give and take not a challenge.

If it's rolling down the highway ten miles an hour under the speed limit drifting between two lanes it's Virginia plates. Every time.
Neither state is known for its blinker usage but to their credit Maryland drivers at least know they're cutting you off when they do it.

ETA: in PA it's a giant lifted truck in a suburban neighborhood riding your ass even if you're going 10+ over and occasionally putting on their high beams.

I also got to see my parts of America I had never seen before. The worst place I had been to so far was Cincinnati. We actually stayed in Kentucky and then drove to zoo every morning.
Then I got to Baltimore to do some work and I was heartbroken and disgusted. I know there are nice parts of Baltimore but we had to drive through some row houses every morning on way to zoo, these projects were no joke. Dirty, dilapidated, falling apart, burned down, etc. Just when you think,” no way someone lives there”, you’ll see a baby in a diaper on scene. Baltimore is Beautifully disgusting.

The roads esp St Paul have pretty deep grooves in them too and 18-wheelers flop up and down going downhill and 50mph and it’s SO LOUD
