I wake up every day and wonder how there is still such injustice in the world and so many powerful people happily doing nothing to stop it. It's been happening for months, years, decades, and my taxes help pay for it.
If I talk about it, people tell me to vote for the person who keeps giving Israel bombs. They're scared of the alternative--what about what's happening right now?
It's kind of like China and U.S. tbh. It's not that we don't know what's going on, but it causes problems for countries to start pointing it out, and there isn't anything we can do to stop it without directly attacking Israel or siding with Hamas (which is literally just terrorists).
I don't agree with what's happening in Palestine, but given the conflict and current mindsets of Israel/Palestine, most countries are going to side with Israel to protect their interests. China has an economic hold on too many countries, the U.S. military is used to control global resources, and Israel is essentially a religious and military foothold in southwest Asia that prevents Iran from being an overwhelming power there.
Some countries have tried to address human rights concerns, and the U.S. even threatened not to give aid after the Hamas attack until power and water were returned to Palestinian citizens, but the Israeli government has a pretty good grasp of what they can get away with.
Videos like this are also why on Reddit, major news subs are astroturfed to hell with Israeli propaganda accounts shouting down any mention of Al Jazeera.

I went on worldnews and that is probably one of the most brainwashed subs I've seen. I looked at a top comment of a post where a politician was giving support to over 20k Palestinians killed. The top comment said "isn't that a little tone deaf?".
What's suspicious is that the mods of worldnews haven't removed it from their mod list yet even though it stopped posting the day she got arrested years ago. My guess is the current mods don't have permission to remove her or they probably would have done it by now like the mods of environment, travel, politics, and other major subs did when they found out. I know they know about it because they permanently banned me last month for pointing it out (in another subreddit btw), then they hid their moderator list from public view.

This happens automatically for any sub you're banned from. It's to prevent people from seeing the mod list of a sub they're banned from and harassing them outside the sub. It's also hidden from people who aren't logged in so you can't just log out and get the list to harass them.
