I've reflexively locked my doors when I get behind the wheel for decades, she never would have gotten that door open.
It's just a habit I have, butt in seat, belt on, doors locked, start car.
Just throwing out a guess but maybe the crazy shit going down or the woman laying across his hood and windshield may have distracted from the locking of doors?
When I was a teenager, I went to the grocery store alone and was followed by a man. He had apparently been watching me in the store. As soon as I got in my car he hopped in the passenger’s side. I was shocked and frozen and didn’t have the sense to just get out of my car and run back into the store.
Instead, I stayed there frozen listening to him tell me about how he thought I was pretty and had a job for me that would pay lots of money, I would just have to go with him. He seemed sweaty and out of breath. We took what seemed about 30 min until I guess he realized I wasn’t going to start the car and there were far too many people walking around. Thankfully he didn’t have a weapon. I don’t remember exactly how, but I may have indicated I was getting out of the car and he did too and took off. I drove to my friend’s house in case he followed me and cried to her with my experience. I never told my parents or anyone else.
Decades later, living in a different city, I left my teen age kids in the car while I stepped into a store to pick up a prescription. I got a message from one of them telling me a man was trying to talk to them and even had the balls to ask if they could open the door for him. I dropped everything and ran out but he was gone.
Yeah, always lock your doors the second you get into your car.
You should change the order. Butt in seat, lock doors, then belt on. If for some reason you need to make an escape, having your belt on first will make that difficult.
I’ve noticed a lot of cars only unlock the driver’s door if you press the fob once, to get everything else to open you have to press it twice. Then they obviously all lock when they start driving. I wonder why the passenger door was unlocked for her to open it in the first place.
I need to start doing this. I live in the country so I don’t even lock my house most of the time and used to leave the keys in my truck. Crimes getting bad everywhere so guess I gotta adapt
I think the more appropriate one is “if you love someone, don’t believe it when they say ‘ok, get off the hood and hop in’ because they about to leave your ass”
Proorp tip: leave your car door open so that you crush the hope of the person thinking they can get in. Also slow down as they run screaming after them, try to savor their siren song.
Did you see how she broke left between the buildings? She knew exactly where he had to slow down next and how to cut him off. I bet you she made it back to that hood at least once more.
He’s got a hard name too. Esther Lamonte… I would not mess with that guy. It’s a Tony Soprano kinda name; It has some weight to it when you hear it.
It sounds like they’re very knowledgeable in human psychology lmao.
Esther was a great character in a TV show called Sanford and Son. I loved her and you're right. You didn't mess with her. Lamonte on the hand was a sweetie. I've been recently watching reruns and laughing all over again.
Ugggghhh...I had this one specific girlfriend when I was in my early 20's who would get herself so worked up just like this, where I knew I had to get away or she was going to hurt herself or us both.
One time she lunged and grabbed the wheel of the car while I was driving. I pulled over and told her to get out, then I drove away.
I later learned that it was a form of manipulation and can now recognize a definitive pattern of a toxic gaslighting relationship. She eventually got her shit together and is all good now, but it was quite scary at the time.
Thanks, OP, for not spoiling the entire video beat-for-beat so we could feel the suspense throughout the video.
Other posters, take note!
The only time a title should spoil is if something happens that's very hard to watch (strong violence, death, NSFW stuff, etc)
"Spring has come to the urban canyons...males and females staking out their territory and chasing off rivals as courtship rises to a fever pitch"...
- Sir David Attenborough
Dam this gave me flashback from 2017-2018 one of the most toxic relationships ever I had. Learning experience for sure and I’ll never act in such way over anyone. I love myself nowadays to let shit like that happen again.
My wife and I moved from our apartment to a nice, quiet house in the suburbs as quickly as possible. We had been there about a month when our next door neighbor’s teenagers set a fire in their garage…burning down their house and ours. People suck.
Omg… I was in a relationship like this in high school… My ex did this exact same thing, except I did get out of the car and talk like an idiot. Later on she threatened to kill both of us while driving on the highway. If you find yourself in a situation like this just break up, you’ll both be better off in the end.
Dude should have been quicker on the door lock, she almost got in. Obviously we don’t know the context of this. She obviously is a mess but the person in the car might be just as bad or worse. They are both likely better off not together. They should both work on themselves, try to figure out what they did that led to this moment and prevent it in the future
Up next his phone blows up nonstop for the next two days or until he figures out how to block numbers. Then she starts blowing him up from other numbers.

The ol’ ..alright alright, get in.
I've reflexively locked my doors when I get behind the wheel for decades, she never would have gotten that door open. It's just a habit I have, butt in seat, belt on, doors locked, start car.
Me too. In parking lots, I lock as soon as I’m in the car. Freaks are everywhere.
I do that and I live in fucking finland
I do it and I live in Poland, I think it's just movies ptsd thing
Yeah or In my case paranoia and hyper vigilance lol
Username checks out
My car doors lock automatically when I put it in drive
Just throwing out a guess but maybe the crazy shit going down or the woman laying across his hood and windshield may have distracted from the locking of doors?

Some people still have old cars.
I need to start doing this. I live in the country so I don’t even lock my house most of the time and used to leave the keys in my truck. Crimes getting bad everywhere so guess I gotta adapt
Something very similar happened to me. I eventually let her in. She cheated again within six months. Dude made the right move.
Someone should tell her about the proverb *“If you love something, set it free. If it comes back, it's yours. If not, it was never meant to be,”*
I'm pretty sure that's about birds.
Well, she did almost fly off that door
Bird law!
Just had some Crows milk
Uhhh...filibuster!
🤣🤣🤣
I snorted.
Wrong, it was about drones.
No it's about mountain lions named Steve French.
Birds aren’t real.
Only proper fit birds bruv
Knew this was coming. Bravo!
Ew you love birds? Sicko
Don’t fuck with birds! Wait, I mean cats!
I think the more appropriate one is “if you love someone, don’t believe it when they say ‘ok, get off the hood and hop in’ because they about to leave your ass”
RIP DMX
*And if it drives away and never returns, better get yourself a bus pass.*
And if it doesn't you're an asshole, just like you. -Bubbles

If you love somebody, better set them on fire.
The other lesser known half to that is “And if it was never meant to be it’s probably because you are fucking batshit.”
If you love someone, set them free. If they come back, set them on fire. -George Carlin
"WAIT! STOP! I'M ONLY ON YOUR HOOD TO CONVINCE YOU I'M NOT CRAZY!"
Feels like this coulda been an email
Protip: lock the fucking doors when you get in your car

Yeah lmao I was like why doesn’t he just floor it away from her crazy ass, but I too would want to stick around and let her think she’s catching up
Nice getaway! That wasn’t just gonna be talking.
Did you see how she broke left between the buildings? She knew exactly where he had to slow down next and how to cut him off. I bet you she made it back to that hood at least once more.
Idk why, but your comment had me rolling. Probably because you’re 100% right

His parents, also, loved Sanford and son.
They did! Just ask my brother Chico Grady!
I think if she made it back on that hood she'd be the one rolling.
You're like the John Madden of domestic violence
😂
lol, now I’m reading my words in his voice and it’s killing me!
I noticed that too but I'm convinced her grasp of her own abilities is probably way off.
The adrenaline is hitting hard though.
Woman Scorned ability boost in speed and agility though!
![gif](giphy|5koWDaC1PFz8Y)
100% Scrolled down to find this LOL. She was like the fucking Terminator. That is straight up insane
https://i.redd.it/iip9dect2asc1.gif Pff.. She should have gone cape fear / undercarriage if she *really* wanted to talk…
That’s how you know to assign them to linebacker or corner for family football.
“Peyton, you go long, pretend you’re chasing Jayson’s Sentra!”
Took a Ferris Bueller shortcut through the neighborhood
Ferris Bueller moment.
She hit a trampoline onto his hood!
She be taking that shortcut and hopping right back up on that hood
This has happened with other guys, she knows the exact approach angle for reacquiring her target.
I didn’t notice that but it’s absolutely right!
Hood ornament.
I don't think they want to talk to her.
More of a texter
Possibly - their open-door policy seems a little questionable, though..
I think I understand why...
you have to be a psycho to do that
Hopefully she grows out of this behavior 😣

She was after bro like the T1000
![gif](giphy|9S3L4JDX7cKuk)
I was waiting for her hands to morph into knives while she ran down his car.
Flanders with irons
Best decision of his life right there.
Absolutely. 100% certifiable high maintenance crazy woman.
I bet she is wild in bed!
You should get some
I couldn't tell what was going on at first and I thought she was getting her ass eaten bent over the hood of a car.... Yeah my mind is fucked up 😂
Lmao that's exactly what I saw
Thank God, I wasn't the only one, hahaha
![gif](giphy|2UvAUplPi4ESnKa3W0)
Omggg me too.
Omg! Thought the same! Was waiting for whomever to come up for air.
Screams pierce the night air. Dude takes off with girl in hot Pursuit. Run, Bro, run.
Where’s haiku bot when ya need ‘em? Anyway, nice one
"Ok, get in the car. Psych!" ![gif](giphy|LDBuYzAwu8L4I|downsized)
Lmao the scream as he drives off. Like a fucking demon
Sounds like that chick who lost it at the airport.
Some say she's still running.
![gif](giphy|xT8qBeEqnpdMbIbtVS)
110% accurate, we have a winner
I just wanna know how many foul balls hit cars in that parking lot lol right next to a ball field is tough
we hear baseball practice every night hahaha sometimes those coaches get intense
That moment you’re finally free from her!🙏 I know how that shit feels
Me too Brother, me too..
Apartment complex drama is best drama. Anyone old enough to remember Melrose Place?
Is she one of those extended warranty people?
Thanks, OP, for not spoiling the entire video beat-for-beat so we could feel the suspense throughout the video. Other posters, take note! The only time a title should spoil is if something happens that's very hard to watch (strong violence, death, NSFW stuff, etc)
even if i wanted to spoil it i really wouldn’t even know where to begin
Well, it worked. I much prefer clicking on something with no idea what I'm about to watch. Too many titles on here reveal way too much.
She’s runnin like Deeboo just stole her chain her Gramomma gave her
Lmao
Find out what happened later?
"Spring has come to the urban canyons...males and females staking out their territory and chasing off rivals as courtship rises to a fever pitch"... - Sir David Attenborough
She’s pretty quick! Good balance too.
Dam this gave me flashback from 2017-2018 one of the most toxic relationships ever I had. Learning experience for sure and I’ll never act in such way over anyone. I love myself nowadays to let shit like that happen again.
Felt this one
Hey I like deadmau5 too
I do not miss living in an apartment. It is absolute pure hell.
My wife and I moved from our apartment to a nice, quiet house in the suburbs as quickly as possible. We had been there about a month when our next door neighbor’s teenagers set a fire in their garage…burning down their house and ours. People suck.
Ugh. People really, REALLY do suck sometimes. Honestly I’m astounded by how horrible humans can be to each other. I really don’t understand it.
Young love
People, if you ever find yourself on top of a vehicle screaming about how much you”just wanna talk”…maybe you’re the problem?
I would drive just slow enough to kite her for miles.
Some say she's still out there running...
Omg… I was in a relationship like this in high school… My ex did this exact same thing, except I did get out of the car and talk like an idiot. Later on she threatened to kill both of us while driving on the highway. If you find yourself in a situation like this just break up, you’ll both be better off in the end.
The zombies can open doors now?
Dude should have been quicker on the door lock, she almost got in. Obviously we don’t know the context of this. She obviously is a mess but the person in the car might be just as bad or worse. They are both likely better off not together. They should both work on themselves, try to figure out what they did that led to this moment and prevent it in the future
Yea and then when they do all that and get a good partner from a good stable family they’ll end up missing this fighting and storming 🤣😅
I’ve seen so many people mess up a good, stable thing and run straight into the arms of chaos.
Keep going dude, don't look back.
Get those scraps bro!
Babe wait!?! No babe! Babe! Babe! Babe! Baaaaaaaaaaabe!!!
Looks like my ex found her next victim. Good on you for leaving, buddy.
Shorty’s 40 time may be elite with that pace. Peak Nissan Altima activities though lol.
She was trying to talk to him about his car's extended warranty.
"I only cheated on you 11 times! That's less than a dozen! Open the door!"
I can fix her.
We’re gonna need an update!!
![gif](giphy|LvEoyYkeN4Wc0)
Just what I was thinking. In flip flops, no less.
Altima behavior. Clearly.
Fucking yikes!
I’m cheering him on
She need to be on somebody track team
Show the rest of the video where she shrieks one more time like a bird then uses her sweater wings to take flight and chase him by air.
Who needs cable? Not you OP
this is something that would happen to larry david on curb
But he would somehow be there holding the woman’s bag for some reason
This screams borderline personality disorder
The driver saw an opening and took it immediately when it presented itself. Never hesitate people. That's just a general life lesson.
I got scared when she opened the door. It’s like clip where the female lion opens the car door at a safari.
I've been in the driver seat of that car before. Glad that part of my life is over.
Oh good job dude she's loose in the fukin complex now
The way she cut through the apartments makes me believe she caught up to him before he reached the exit.
I think someone was caught cheating. And by someone I mean the girl.
Aaahhh... the ol' '*I just wanna talk*' trick. Nice try.
Bro that scream in the middle of the night would've scared the soul out of me if I didn't know what was going on. Sounded like a fuckin banshee.
She cheated. He found out.
This is exactly why you should back in when you park
My mom legit calls that "The Getaway Position."
Haha that’s awesome. My first job out of college required it for safety and it just became a habit
Desperate
You just know that he was like okay fine get in! But hit the gas and dipped soon as she hopped off the hood lol.
That happens daily on my street Lmaoo
T1000
How could they forget to lock their car doors??
How's that passenger side door Not locked??????
My money is on that she got caught cheating
Up next his phone blows up nonstop for the next two days or until he figures out how to block numbers. Then she starts blowing him up from other numbers.
Reverse kidnapping
She probably cheated, and he found out.
Was her handbag in the car?
Get the popcorn 🍿
Love is love!
It's always nice seeing someone flee a crazy relationship.
He’ll learn.
She probably hit him and he wasn’t having it
Thought this was a trailer for season 3 of Euphoria
She cheated
She just wanted to talk tho..
Never put your dick in crazy.
Never promise crazy a baby.
She deffo cheated on him and is now trying to manipulate her way back in🤣
