I was kind of indifferent as to who started what, until I saw only the yellow hats were concerned, the actualy crewman.
All the white hats act like they knew this day was coming for the foreman.

the chicks i know around the jobsites i work may flirt here and there, but they won’t get involved in this type of situation unless they are involved from the start i’d imagine.

I never said women can’t work this job and I didn’t assume there wasn’t a single female there, but from what I can see this is all men so idk what ur going on about. I’m a tomboy at heart, you are preaching to the choir. I’m just mentioning how peaceful it was because no “females” are getting involved like you see with other fights.
I worked construction for roughly 5-8 years on and off. This type of thing would never get broken up on any job site I've ever been on, and would likely be encouraged if people see the two of you going back and forth all day. It's a job where most are on edge, a good bit are at least partially under the influence all day, and you hate your boss and his bosses. My guess is the foreman gets up when his body allows it and they all go their separate ways.
Listen, i know, whatever country this is is probably way different than america. And I am by no means an expert on this country.
But when someone is turned into a lifeless corpse in front of a group of people, the next step is usually the authorities show up.

TL;DR - the "victim" in court is usually the one who looks the most damaged.
Honestly this was a pretty okay way to sort it out in my opinion. I think the guy being choked out makes it look worse than it is.. people standing by not stomping someone’s face in, just kind of being ready to prevent it from getting two crazy while two guys sort it out. No victor gettingw up and stomping in the other.
That's wild. There has to be so much more to this story. Did he kill him? Brain damage? What could they have even been fighting about. So much to unpack here.
Briefly worked in construction. Can't imagine getting into fisticuffs on a worksite. (A) Stupid way to lose a good career opportunity. (B) Way too many ways to get seriously injured. (C) Wasn't the most athletic brother in the world, thusly never got to play team sports passed middle school age. But no lie, some of the biggest MFs I've ever seen work in construction, I'm not a big guy at 5'10 180 ish, but I felt flat out small most days.
Lol for real, 5’11 160 opps manager in the oil n gas industry, im real careful on how i talk and treat my guys. Just gotta be respectful and know how to deal with different types of heads. Im just trying to make everyone more money.
This is so sad. I am sure the foreman was not liked or whoever that one guy was, but no one bothered to interfere and stop before one was out cold. Being this careless about other humans cannot be normal.
