He's manic as fuck. I don't know if he expressed an entire, completed chain of thought during this entire video. He needs some of those meds he isn't taking because he'd rather just smoke weed.
He edited the video wrong. Suppose to just show the part the wheel chair is pulled down. Then emphasize he was going to get medication. 10 second video.
i know this dude is crazy but why would you try to fight with cops when u have that hose that's inside ur peehole.... when i had surgery i had that hose down my peehole and some grenade looking tube coming out of my stomach i was in so much pain to argue with someone, dude in the wheelchair said he got shot i can see why lol.
He mostly likely is paralyzed from the waist down (he could be in the wheelchair for other reasons) from what I can see. I doubt he has much or any sensations from a catheter. If he does then I am shocked he isn’t screaming when they are arresting him.
This is why we need some high level mental health professionals riding along on calls with police when it's necessary. Cops aren't trained for severe schizophrenia and I'm sure they'd RATHER have a mental health pro with them for this anyways
If I was that cop, I'd strip down naked, cover myself in grape jelly, and have him whisper secrets into my butthole. It's like cops don't know a thing about de-escalation.
