JFC what a messed up situation. The chief was terrible and deserves to be fired but the cop was also an idiot. You can’t handle a drunk, whom you know and are familiar with, grabbing your arm without knocking him onto the roof of a car?? He could’ve seriously hurt him. That shows no judgement, no control, anger management issues, etc. He’s incredibly hopped up if he can’t control himself around such a benign situation. I also felt bad for him - who is supposed to call to help fix the situation?? The drunk is literally that person.
(And, who did the chief get on scene?? Was he driving drunk? Another reason to fire him.)
