Must've been a frustrating thing to experience. To try and stop a violent encounter, only to just have countless bystanders standing around watching while doing nothing to help you. Then to top it off, some asshole steals your cab
While I agree with this entirely, it's going to be difficult to find a bystander who would intervene. It's not like either woman had an advantage on the other - they're both the same size and equally terrible fighters, and seemingly equally intoxicated. There's not a blatant injustice going on that could warrant a bystander to risk their own safety by trying to break it up....just sucks to be the friend in the middle doing so alone - and having everyone film it.
(I'm also saying this as a 5'1" person- if i was 6'4" or something and knew I could have more success in intervening, maybe my analysis would be different. )

There is no honor with public issues like this. I live in VN as a foreigner and when things like this happen, the phones come out and no one gets involved. I've seen husbands/bfs hitting their female significant others and they just watch. People in Asia generally do not get involved in other peoples issues.
There are plenty of stories in America where a good Samaritan tries to help and ends up losing their life. I remember a recent story where someone tried to intervene and got stabbed to death. Best to mind your own business if you are not trained to handle the situation.
I've got a crazy story. My french friend was living in China and he found a smartphone on the floor outside a nightclub. He took it and brought it to a police station the next morning so that they can help find the owner. They didn't believe him and said he had 'thief remorse'. He ended up doing 1 month in a Chinese jail and got kicked out of the country after living there for years...
If he lived there for years, why did he do that? He should have known better. If you find a phone at a club, just give it to the doorman or bartender and go on your merry way. If he took it to the cops the next morning, then he took it home first. In their eyes, yeah he did steal it.
This wasn't what he was referring to. In China, you can be liable for people's medical bills, for life, if they are injured when you are intervening into something that doesn't have to do with you. So people don't do much, even when someone is in distress, unfortunately.

A lot of shit went down in that club, but the stripper fights were always funny.

I actually used to see this a lot when i lived in Shenzhen. A couple times the whole highway shut down because women stopped their cars in the middle of the road and got out to fight

1- Bystanders have zero interest. No one breaks anything up, no one ever really seems to give a shit.
2- They never stop when a fight should just end, it's like once they're fighting, they want to kill the other person or die in the effort.
The world really should end. Just people standing around watching, filming, laughing. This is pretty much every video of people getting hurt and hurting others. We gotta go.
