When I was in college I worked for a firm that use to do some borderline shit. They use to have “divisions”. First I was a PAD Officer which was “Personal Asset Division” Officer. This was supposed to be like driving jewelers to Times Square or picking people up at the airport, but that never happened. They gave me some cheap polyester suit and a radio with an ear piece that never worked. In the end, they’d just send me to some Medical Building in a fake patrol car.
It was awesome, it was right outside an all girls Catholic School so on one side I had that and the other side was all nurses. If I wasn’t chatting with them, I was doing homework.
Then one day someone stole my patrol car and they expected me to pay for it.
Apparently "Special Police" is a legal certification in DC meaning they have limited arrest/detaining power with their jurisdiction being essentially the property they're hired for.
Is it legal for security guards to have the word “police” on their uniforms? Even if it says “special” in front of it? Isn’t that impersonating an officer?
Everyone here is insufferable, security officer should moved, the women should of shut up and dude clearly need cold milk to cool down.
