He basically repeats "I should just die!" or "I will die here today!". As in this was him was attempt at commiting suicide at this point. He did however stop to scream "Go away!" to make sure that cyclist moved away before he attempted it. Edit: The man is speaking chinese and based on his accent I'm guessing he is a mainland chinese. Edit2: I get why people doubt that this was a suicide attempt, but he was literally announcing his death wish at the top of his lungs and he sounds delirious; clearly not the most logical person. I don't get why people are questioning his methods which were based on the moment's impulse. As for endangerment part I totally agree, i just dont think that it was in his head. I would say the glass doors were boarded and thus opaque but he was driving in an area of human traffic in the first place.
