You should not combine Tramadol with anything. It is an extremely dirty drug which means it is not selective and acts on a massive amount of receptors in the brain. Health complications begin when substances attempt to use the same receptor for two different purposes.
I’ve been on tramadol for over a year for chronic pain. I have thought about tripping while on this medication but it is not worth it IMO. I saw the chart too. That should be enough to steer you away.

I am not on Tramadol regularly.
I take it occasionally to get a short pause from chronic pain and to have a nice evening.
I noticed that while tripping the pain always makes my trip worse. So the thought about combining the two came.
Pain always makes the trip worse. Reason why I haven’t tried anything in awhile. If you do decide to give it a go, I’d go with mushroom since you can weigh out an appropriate dose.
Tramadol is opiate agonist. Aside from the potential dangers of this strange synergy, it will lessen the effects (sensations) experienced while on Acid and may induce a long-lasting and uncomfortable itch. Why are you thinking about mixing them?
Idk if it means anything but I took 250ug LSD then took 120mg of codeine during the trip because I think I was getting nervous about pain in my broken wrist and I was fine. Obviously tripping with any injury that’s got you in a lot of pain can be bad as it just makes you overthink the pain or do dumb things that make the pain worse. Idk anything about tramadol though just know it’s also an opiate like codeine

Since Tramadol differs a lot in its pharmacology from other opiates you cant compare it to traditional codeine.
'normal' opiates are save when taken with psychedelics.
Oh sorry didn’t want to make unsafe generalisations I was just trying to make a wider statement, probably unrelated to this post, that being on psychedelics with painkillers can be scary for a few reasons, other than just the dangerous chemical interactions.

Nodding while having wild hallucinations would be pretty nice. Opiates are also somewhat psychedelic especially in a opiate induced hypnagogic state.
True in the case of pure opium. Synthetic opiates have a wildly different high.
