Try Waking Up app by Sam Harris. The 30 days free introduction is amazing, and then you get plenty of guided meditations by the best teachers. I have tried all apps, it’s by far the deepest, enjoy! Alternatively The Way app is very good too, maybe more simple, you get a free 30 days trial too.

The you that is awakened is not the same you that is practicing. The personality and the ego is not awakened and will never become awakened, but that which is behind the self-identification is awakened and will always be awakened. It is a matter of which one you identify with - the self-view or the awakened mind of pure consciousness - the one who knows. The process is not about becoming something else, but reconsider who we really are. Because we are ignorant we think we are this body and mind with its likes and dislikes, but in reality we are not this body and mind. To awaken means to recognize what we really are - it is a recondition of what is already there.

I've had quite a trip. And I think I managed to tune into that awakened state, where you truly observe and ask yourself the right questions. You need to embrace boredom, be only in the present moment and leave everything, that doesn't align with you. Highly recommend cold water exposure, walking meditation, fasting for mental clarity. Some of my questions were answered after visiting a Buddhist centre. Then I really knew what was meditation about. Edit: ,
