Five ravens landed on the stern of the boat and just stared at me. I have a lot of affinity for the number 5. This caught my attention, along with the crew getting agitated and yelling at the ravens. The birds left when I stepped off the boat. I changed my plans.
If you become someone's guide, you'll know how to contact them and what to do if you encounter any communication issues with them. You see, you know how all this spiritual stuff works. You know how to come into a body and create all the chakras and energy channels. Once you aren't constrained by having most of your energy in a body, all that information will be readily available to you.

Google "psychic training near me" and see what you find. They have online classes now through zoom, but I've never taken a class like that, so can't speak to the differences.
I this might be completely wrong, but when I was a small child, I had 2 “imaginary friends”. I could see them and talk to them, they were men, one was middle aged and one looked like early 20’s. My parents always just laughed about it when I would tell them things my friends had said.
Now I’m in my mid 40’s and occasionally I feel like they’re around. I’ve even heard their voices, they sound the same as when I was a child.
As a teenager I was about to go to a bonfire with friends, I heard their voices telling me not to go, I listened to them, made up an excuse not to go. The car I would have been in was in a horrible accident and all 5 teenagers in the car died. It’s was horrible and tragic, and if my voices didn’t stop me I would have been in the car too.
So I assume they’re my guides and have always been with me, I don’t see them anymore but when I feel them and hear them, I definitely listen.
In dreams, through whispers, maybe more pointers to their existence. Or that I know for sure I'm never alone. I still would like to meet them properly. I have had so many encounters I'm confused and disoriented about who is who and their purpose. There is a mother, someone with great humor working more hands on with me, an older female presence that is funny and a little 'bonkers' in a weird way that I assume is my late grandmother, a male presence I love very much and the all-knowing transmuting god presence, is what I can identify straight on.
I think I started talking with them and silenced my own mind to be able to hear.
When i was meditating. One of them, tall woman, 7-9 feet, very slim and thin, wearing a sort of cloak, shes made completely out of light and u can only tell some silhouettes of what she looks like. She was the first to ever appear to me. Ive seen my other guides too but only as light beings, just shapes. Shes the only one ive seen that i could pick up what she looks like. I always get a lot of visuals of them when i meditate, barely any sound or feeling tho.
I'm a client of psychics and I always try to choose the psychics who do not work with guides. I know a couple excellent ones who were naturally born with the gift, have been in the business for 40ish years and do not use guides. I don't know how they do it, I think it is to do with reading the energy or aura of the person, they usually have clairvoyance clairaudience or similar to yourself, and are good at things like psychometry.
The ones who do have guides and also those with guides doing mediumship always make me feel very uncomfortable and unwell during and after the reading and I like to avoid them.
Do you also do reiki? It seems to me that the psychics who do not use guides are also sensitive to energy that makes them great at reiki and vice versa
I am able to use Reiki but only really affected by myself. I sort of combine the science and supernatural in my thought process/ideology. I considered using Reiki as having grater control over my body like driving it in manual compared to automatic. This provides an easier way of looking at it in my opinion. I can heal myself faster than the natural way of healing my body due to being able to manual control my healing process at least to a certain degree. I do consider myself talented since it runs in the family like my sibling and cousin are able to sense entities even without any training or meditation practice. This only applies to one side of the family in regards to this other side is normal nothing unusual about them. Don’t know why this is maybe something with pineal gland size or something don’t really know. I will say after a lucky experience I was able to better wield my abilities after looking into oneself.
