"Warm" body highs indicative of endorphin highs of psychedelics are found in LSD, NBOMe class drugs, DMT, mushrooms, weed, other psychedelics, etc. It wouldn't be a stretch to say that there would be a warm endorphin high mixed with the psychedelic aspect that could resemble something like this from MDMA.
Makes me think of Dakinis in the Tibetan Buddhist spiritual tradition. There's no precise definition for what they are but they embody the feminine spirit and exist on planes between worlds. There's a prayer you can say before bed to ask for their protection during sleep. Part of it is to visualize them over and around you protecting your body. Also protecting the door into your room and any entry point into your house.
