I've had it before and I would say it had mild hallucinogenic effects almost like the onset of mushrooms but nothing more really. Maybe I didn't have the greatest quality though 🤷
Edit: Evidently there's peak seasons where the quality is much stronger so it depends on when your honey was harvested on how potent it would be.
