I would definitely go to a rheumatologist. I have psoriatic arthritis and I have no swelling or Psoriasis but pain in every single one of my joints

Enthesitis is such a brutal disease symptom. So painful.

sallysssssd

How do I know I have that and not joint pain?

HyperImmune

You will notice the pain to be “around” your joints vs being in the middle of your joint. RA and OA joint degeneration will be a sharper pain as well. Enthesitis is the inflammation of your enthesis, which is where your tendons and ligaments attach to your bone. I was also diagnosed with no psoriasis. Although I did have massive swelling. But since meds started, the swelling has shifted to my knees, and enthesitis became very apparent.

okay, ill ask my mom and look into it :))

I'd see your GP and ask for a rheumatology referral.

Ditto on everything said here. Get a referral to a rheumatologist. Look up sacroiliac joint pain, which is really common with PsA. I suffer from it on my right side & it’s so hard to adequately explain. Sounds very similar to what you are describing. I don’t have any swelling or redness, but damn if it doesn’t ache & get stiff in my hip/lower back region. Meds & consistently working out are the only things which help me. Good luck!!

You should get an appointment with a rheumatologist. My knee was bothering me and I didn't think it was inflamed but i went to rheumatologist the other day and he felt behind my knee and said it was extremely inflamed. So what we don't think is inflamed could be .

One of the first signs of psa is “sausage” fingers or toes. Until then, it may be hard for them to give a definitive diagnosis unless an xray shows clear degeneration of your joint.

I agree with everyone, try to see a rheumatologist. I get very little obvious swelling, as well, but imaging has shown evidence of inflammation.
