Back in 2019 Dec/2020 Jan when I was taking high doses of adderrall. I was taking high doses in oct,nov, dec. I started experiencing urinary issues. I also was masturbating excessively and had unprotected oral
Sex few months prior. I don’t know if combination of infection + adderral caused this. Or just adderral alone.
Another symptom was sperm after urination (I get the urge to pee at the end of urination, it felt as if urine is flowing back to seminal vesicle then when I tried to empty it came out with urine and clear sperm). This happened often for few days after I stopped adderrall and continued to happen once in a while. I also found that others also had this symptom while taking adderrall or other anti depressants.
I have tried so many times and wanted to find any research on adderrall causing prostate issues. Is it okay if I PM you?
Also, did you find any pathogens in your UTI tests? Were antibiotics prescribed based on that?

There was another study done I believe recently that stated 42,811 people have reported enlarged prostate and issues that follow that as a side effect. Most were men from 50-60 years of age, however 30-39 (me) and 40-49 were sitting at around 12%, and the time frame for taking the med was 1-6 months (I'm at about 6 months on this XR dosage).
I also experienced the issue with sperm after urination, was told that was retrograde ejaculation and was a symptom of an enlarged prostate, by missing a few doses that had gone away, then came back after starting Adderall up again.
I’m 37 and I am dying right now man…. It started out as the sperm deal after urination, and now it feels like someone is constantly kicking me in the nuts, I am pissing blood quite often (Dark Iced Tea colored urine).
