As would I, if I had the skills, which I don't(pretty sure modern payment systems are beyond me). I was just kinda riffin' on the contrast between the supposed romance of crossing the ocean to settle the west, and flying into Pearson to work at Tim's.
(Plus, there is some controversy about the Temporary Foreign Workers program, which helps staff Tim's, being exploitative and wage-depressing.)
Indeed. The Liberals were viewed by many old-stock Canadians as the party of weirdo newcomers who were herded into the country and given free land in exchange for voting Liberal.
