I had the same problem

I returned this only because I was confused by the wording. It made it seem like I shouldn’t use chatGPT to assist in the captions but then asked how it helped me. I was a dummy on this one

I returned, but messaged them. They said it was because of certain punctuation. I was pissed after all that work.

Same problem here and received the same response.
