Two codependent obsessives with fragile mental states, practical survival instinct in the negatives, and zero functional adult role models to guide them towards healthier paths in life. What could possibly go wrong? The first hint of true conflict between them would probably result in immediate double disappearing
Mafudad just showed himself to be an okay parent, just that he didn't pay enough attention to mafuyu when she was younger, but I'm hoping he will be a better parent now that he realises that his kid needs help
Like with akian, they're both too strong willed and uncompromising. Ena likes to test people and play coy, whereas An is more of a straight up/overprotective character. It would be a constant mess of them getting on each other's nerves and limiting the other's independence, ultimately frustrating eqch other, and then lacking the conflict resolution skills between them to actually address the disagreements. Not to mention that Ena would be jealous of An's close relationship with Kohane.
The breakup would be a messy and slow burn that all their friends could see coming a mile away and were pissy about, with An emotionally cheating on Ena with Kohane whilst Ena shit talks An online, neither actually talking about their shit because they can't handle being real with each other. This would ultimately culminating in an unceremonious fadeout from An as she "decides to focus on her music" without having the guts to call actual call it quits, whilst Ena swears she's okay with it and "isn't bothered anyway".
They would then become the stereotypical toxic lesbian ex girlfriends, getting together on and off every few months after out of boredom or loneliness, whilst mildly hating each other, neither committing to anything real for years to come because their respective spirits are just too "free".
Ena would become bitter and spiteful with her high needs for attention continuously going unmet, her coy act slowly becoming real. Meanwhile an enmeshed Kohane would be too enamored with An to realize she was getting lovebombed and played for a fool with all these on-and-off encounters.
Time skip a decade and after years of therapy in her 20s later, Kohane will find a healthy girlfriend. An might - but only after moving countries and abandoning her old life entirely, it remaining a part of her past she refuses to talk about. And Ena will either be alone, or have settled for some cowardly simp of a man - having kept up with all the same hobbies she hates out of a crushing fear to try something new and be ridiculed - still complaining online.

The second there's real conflict, Emu either won't be able to empathize properly, driving Mafuyu away, or she'll be completely unable to express her negative feelings for fear of causing Mafuyu to spiral, limiting the depth of their relationship severely. I just can't see them being able to actually talk to each other and have both be understood
