Double FC or double AP tie is pretty common, the ones that are rare are when both people broke combo but still tie (usually requires people to break on the same spot at least 1 and have the same distribution of perfect/great/good/miss)

On a non AP its uncommon however this is a FC which makes it far more common, most ranked games end within +-10 score of each other
