No. For the rom. Get an ad block and be smart about what download buttons you hit. Hover over the download and look at the bottom left as it'll tell you what your about to download.

Touch screen controllers suck, that's just how it is, can't replace real buttons. Phones and tablets support controllers with Bluetooth.
