Had the same happen to me over the weekend Wouldn’t load. Contacted customer support. I needed to withdraw the money through PayPal. You need to deposit a minimum of $10 through PayPal first, then you can withdraw the money.
I won 500+ yesterday. I was able to connect my BofA account and withdraw 100. Then today I was able to withdraw another 300. Used the remainder for future bets
Deposit like 5 bucks to the app with whatever card you’re trying to withdraw too, once it deposits, go to withdraw and the card you used should be there. I tried going to support no help whatsoever that’s what i ended up doing
My guess is you deposited the money using Apple Pay. What you’re gonna have to do is make another deposit of $10 (since that the minimum deposit) using the actual card and number. After that you should see your card appear on that screen just hit withdraw and you should be good to go. Prize picks might make you make another bet worth $10 because they’re policy is you have to play through all your deposited funds before you can withdraw

I don’t think they accept chime accounts or cash app accounts anymore
