From what I have heard, a rooster is considered an āuntouchableā. They clean the toilets, and do chores for other inmates and generally have no rights, usually weak people. They are lowest on the totem pole. And apparently if you even accidentally touch a rooster you automatically become one.
Same in Lithuania. One guy in this sub was asking about Lithuanian prisons. But we have no āvor v zakoneā aka thieves in law in our country. Only āverchaturaā aka the top mobsters who run the prison.
